I tried to cancel my trip the same day it was scheduled, but I was told my refund was $*. Impossible to talk with a real person.

When I tried to cancel the trip I had scheduled that day, I was told by the automated service that my refund would be *. This entire process was extremely frustrating. It is very difficult to speak to a real person. I made * phone calls and numerous attempts on my computer. I was repeatedly directed to an automated service which was of no assistance whatsoever. I was finally given *-***-***-**** which at first was also automated. I was told I would receive a call back in ** minutes, but it was actually ** minutes before the call was returned. In the meantime, my daughter repeatedly pressed the "cancel" button on her e-mail order and the order was cancelled. I will NEVER use Priceline again!!!
