You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I booked a reservation for a rental car for my partner via priceline. The reservation was booked under his name however, I used my credit card to prepay. I called the rental car company to assure my reservation was confirmed and to ask of their procedure. They explained that the car has to be picked up by the person who booked the reservation. I am at work and can not leave work to pick the car up as my partner needs the car at a specific time. They rental car company to me explained to me that i would need to call priceline and cancel my reservation. I then, called priceline explained the reason for my call. The agent whom I was speaking told me that I would need to call the rental car company back to get the name of the person whom said I could cancel. I put the call on the three- way- call so that myself, the priceline representative and the rental car company customer service agent was were all on one line. I simply explained to the rental call company the reason for my call. He said that it was OK to cancel, however priceline would have to do it because I prepaid with them. The representative on priceline then told me that I could not cancel my reservation. I really just want my money at this point. Would you be able to assist me with getting this issue resolved.
