The issue in GetHuman-nightaud's own words
I am a Hotel representative at Candlewood Suites in Pearland, Tx (**** Broadway St.). I have a reservation for a guest (in-house), checked in the *th of Jan, checking out the **th. His name is Gary Cyrlin. When he was checked in, the virtual card under the reservation got deleted somehow and now all I have on file is his personal card. I need to know what the virtual card number is so I can charge the right card.
GetHuman-nightaud did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
