I attempted to book an express deal hotel at the Wyndham in Irvine,CA and right when I selected to buy, it said the deal had sold out and my card wouldn’t be charged. However it was charged! And I tried to call Priceline customer service and was left on hold for over an hour each time, three hours total!! I also attempted the chat boxes and could not reach an agent. I ended up having to sleep in my car last night because the charge was not reversed to allow me to make a new booking. I am so furious, I want my money back and my coupon back and want to be compensated or given a complimentary stay for this huge inconvenience. I have been booking with Priceline only for years and this is ridiculous treatment. Cannot believe the terrible customer service I received and having to sleep in the cold car last night. Please contact me.
