The issue in GetHuman-risaruno's own words
September **th I booked a room in Rome. When we got to the hotel we could not get in and no one would answer the pnone number provided. * women roaming the streets o Rome with our luggage looking for anywhere to stay. A stranger opened up there place. We slept on the floor. I spoke with someone from Priceline that evening* morning. It was now midnight. I was told that everything would be refunded. I now see that it has not been. I should be more than refunded. I should have been compensated for what we went through. I have disputed this with my credit card company have now posted in social media to all of my flight attendant and pilot friends.

GetHuman-risaruno did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
