I booked on priceline on October *th for a hotel and the hotel they booked me in did not only have a hotel widow that could not locked and yhe net broken where there were flies in the room and othet insects and bugs like. Spiders but the hotel staff was very unprofessional with a very baf attitude not just to me but to the other guest who was ahead of me.I did not get to sleep in that hotel but in my car virtually.I called pricrline back as they had instructed me to if i found the hotel not hospitable but the employees never answered back.Now i want my refund and i am not getting that from priceline.This is not a goodway of treating customers.Right now i am sure if my email is working so priceline can contact me via text or emaul.Thanks.
