The issue in GetHuman-jesslall's own words
I got to my hotel the best Western in Massapequa New York after midnight the carpet was damp and black and disgusting .threre was hair in the bathroom and by the air*heater , room smelled moldy I coughed all night. In the morning we went to the front desk and told him how bad it was and asked to be moved and they said that we would need to pay extra because all they had were suites and we said we weren’t comfortable walking on the floor W needed extra towels he said that would be fine to line the floors with towels. Later that day we weren’t happy with the response and asked a second time to be moved at that point the next night we were moved . I was not happy with the room also I’m pretty sure they rented out to section * housing because there was a crackhead selling a used bicycle to another crackhead next to door to me I felt very uncomfortable. I would never Go there again. The first gentleman said the reason why the floor was damaged was because of the humidity I live in Florida we have ***% humidity and my carpets aren’t wet
