I was charged bye you twice for the same hotel and one of those charges was refunded but you never refunded me the other money. This goes back to Aug *** **** at the LaQuinta in Auburn Na. I did book one night through you however the manager asked me to leave be Ayer I am dyeing of Cancer and in treatment. I need this money refunded to me immediately please. I need to eat and get medication. Please contact me immediately as I have relentlessly been calling since and can not even get a gid d real Cust service rep! Not Happy and you will loose a huge account with the American Cancer Society if you do not contact me with in * hours! I Have had a Knouff of this ******** trying to reach a real agent you are to refund me my money or I will put you on the media news tonight wrong customer I will own this company Kelly Sullivan ***-***-**** I would advise somebody to contact me immediately before you’ve got the biggest lawsuit and you’re all over social media and world news this evening shame on you despicable And deplorable disgusting Customer Service shame on you you should be shut down I had best here from an agent within one hour and ** minutes or you’re
