The issue in GetHuman-lilafaye's own words
Trip numbers, *********** and ***********. I purchased both these trips for my family vacation. The hotel was deplorable. The Hampton Inn in Sheridan Wyoming. I thought being a hilton hotel that it would be nice. The staff was rude and short with customers. The rooms were dirty my daughter and her husband checked into a room with soiled feminine napkins"bloody" It took them hours to get someone up there to remove and clean, they acted like we should do it. They just remade our beds with old sheets, not even giving us the choice. The smoke alarm went off from the shower in our room and the neighbor room next to us. in the room next to us again it took hours for them to attend to the problem. We informed the front desk and she in a rude manner replied "We are aware of the problem" The breakfast was not good at all. The sausage looked like it was boiled in water Gross! I left my hotel key in the room and locked myself out, I went to the front desk and asked them to let me in. The manager said he wouldn't let me in without ID, My ID was in the room. This is horrible and from someone in charge !!!!!! later I pulled another worker aside from the manager and he let me in walked me to the room to let me in to show him my ID. The manager obviously needs serious training in customer service and hotel management. They have a limited time the pool and hot tub is open and they decided to service it and close it during this limited time, they should have done there service maintenance during the closed time. This hotel should have new management, They don't even come close to the reputation of a hilton hotel. horrible and believe me there is more I didn't even mention....... When we complained to them about all these conditions the response was "There is nothing we can do for you, you are a *rd party booking. I thought that was a bunch of ****! Lila Roberts **P.S. Please Forward this complaint to someone in the Hilton upper management that can resolve their problem hotel.
