The issue in GetHuman-mgerald's own words
On June **, ****, we booked a hotel through Priceline. We paid for the hotel $***.**. We received a confirmation number (*****). The room was booked under Nikki Foote for the Extended Stay America in Carmel, Indianapolis, **** Lakeshore Dr. We arrived at the hotel with luggage tow and were told there were no rooms available. We provided our confirmation number to the clerk. We were told there were no rooms. We never received a cancellation from the hotel or Priceline. We had to driver to Kokomo, IN to find a hotel which was an hour away from where we wanted to be. I am trying to find out how this could happen. We were able to call today and get a refund because we were never even refunded. I have never booked through Priceline, however my wife has. I am not sure I can trust this method in the future and just want explained to me how this occurs.
