Hi, My price line trip * ***-******-**. I dialed *(***)***-**** waited for over *** an hour the phone later. I later spoke with Priceline customer representative Jane by dialing *-***-***-****, told her that I need to cancel my flight because of emergency medical situation (a surgery of a family member got rescheduled). She indicated to me that I need to speak to Travel Service representative. I asked to speak with the manager, she transferred me to speak to Gray (a senior agent). No specific help, he directed me to Travel Service...back to the busy *-***-*******...will anybody come to speak with me or get disconnected again??? Customer representative Divine explained that I won’t be refunded and noted that I may contact Delta airlines. Well the hassle to get to speak to someone and to find out about the dead Priceline policy that I cannot even get a voucher for my next flight is unfair. Is this Priceline customer service? Very Sad
