Good mornig,**Last night I booked a * bedroom room through Priceline at a Best Western in Maumee, OH. When I arrived, they told me Priceline overbooked and their weren’t any rooms available. After arguing w the front desk, they were able to get me in a room, but it only had one double bed (as opposed the two queens I booked). I gave the bed to my friend and I was forced to sleep on the floor (the hotel had no cots available either). Along w sleeping on the floor, my friend discovered a few dead ants in his double bed. This is completely unacceptable and I feel a refund is deserving. I’ve not posted about my experience yet, but I customer service can’t resolve this, I will.**Thank you,*Dave Z
