My order has been wrong three visits in a row. Once caught and corrected but two other visits came home wrong. Simple order *** white * sides rice and beans twice. No beans and no role. The main thing I wanted were the beans. Last visit all dark, NEVER ask dark. WHITE ONLY. No rolls.*Other visit ordered * half all white ,beans and rice. We caught it, no beans, no rolls *** not all white.*I love the food but I will not return. If Pollo has a predominately all Latin employees they should be taught English. Speak English if you’re working with guests don’t talk to other team members in Spanish.*My husband is Latin but is considerate of environment and would never do this. I’m very disappointed that I won’t be going back. I don’t want coupons for free food. I wasn’t you to know why you’re losing a good customer
