This may be due to a variety of reasons such as power or battery issues, software malfunction, or technical errors. Firstly, make sure your Hi Print is fully charged as low battery can cause such disconnections. Secondly, ensure that there is not another device connecting to the printer simultaneously. Also, check if your Bluetooth is working properly and if there is no obstruction in Bluetooth signal range.
