Hello, unfortunately, my account was compromised by a scammer who replaced my photos with inappropriate images and sent offensive messages to others. As a result, my account has been reported. I want to clarify that these actions were not done by me but were carried out by the hacker who gained access this morning. I have contacted those affected to explain the situation. I have also tried to clean up the profile by removing the unauthorized content. I would appreciate it if you could help restore my account and provide assistance in setting up a new password. My username is SoFlaScubaGirl. Thank you.

I've tried resetting my password, but I'm not receiving the email as expected. I have two accounts. The one I need help with has the username "CindyfromSA" and includes 8 pictures on the profile. The other account has the username "HELLO" with no pictures and should be deleted. I may have used either of these emails: [redacted] or [redacted]

As an upgraded member, I am trying to utilize the free video voice call feature. I successfully entered my username, password, and a verification code to avoid charges. However, the system now prompts me to input my credit card details for verification, ensuring no charges will occur. Unfortunately, my originally linked credit card is no longer valid, which is causing issues as the system expects this particular card for verification. I am unable to proceed as the system identifies a mismatch with my current credit card. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been attempting to delete my profile, but I'm unable to log in. The website is quite frustrating. After creating a profile, logging out, then trying to log back in, it keeps saying my password is incorrect, even after resetting it several times. I've reached out to customer support twice via email, but haven't received a response. I simply want to delete my profile as soon as possible, but I'm stuck since I can't log in. I also tried to unsubscribe from the match emails without success due to the login issue.

I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and when I attempted to log back in, my password was not accepted. Despite multiple attempts to reset it through the "forgot password" option, I have not received any email with instructions to reset it. While I do receive other emails, I have not received the crucial email needed to reset my password. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue promptly.

I received several messages this morning that were clearly intended for someone else. I assumed I was using another person's account. Upon logging out, I was unable to log back in. Upon checking my email, I discovered a notification stating my email address on my account had been altered. I am unable to log in to rectify the details, and I cannot find any helpful information on your support page or a means of reaching a site administrator. Please either revert the correct email and login settings or delete my profile and reimburse my payment. My username, Pp Pete_the_Viking, should be associated with this email account.

I am reaching out again regarding my subscription. I did not intend for the full amount to be withdrawn from my account, nor did I realize it would be for the entire 12 months in one payment. This has put me in a difficult financial situation, and after informing my bank and attempting to contact you twice through email without any response, I am quite concerned. I have initiated a process with my bank to address this as fraud. I urgently request a refund for the amount. I am also on the phone with my bank to report this issue. I recently received a notification from Plainray expressing interest in meeting me. After reviewing his profile, I realized he is not an upgraded member and suggests messaging him. However, when I attempted to do so, I received a message indicating he is seeking a different type of person and to check my matches instead. I find this confusing as he is looking for a woman, which I am. I believe Plainray could be the match I am seeking. I reached out via email yesterday and am eagerly awaiting a response. Please address this situation promptly.

Username: backes1989 I'm in a relationship with someone I met on POF. Unfortunately, someone is using my girlfriend's pictures without our consent to catfish people on the app. This is unacceptable, and we want this profile taken down immediately. We are considering involving the police due to this identity theft issue. Please delete the fake profile as soon as possible. I have already left a 1-star review on the app store to raise awareness of this situation.

My girlfriend's pictures and profile are being used on a fake account on Plenty of Fish. I have reported it multiple times but no action has been taken. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding Plenty of Fish's fraudulent practices. I also left a review on the Play Store app, which was promptly deleted. It seems that only upgraded users can message this profile, which I believe is a deceptive tactic used by Plenty of Fish to increase their revenue.

I have an account named Outgoing [redacted] linked to my email address [redacted], and I use the password marc13. My name is Stephen Levandusky. Plenty of Fish is requesting a cell phone number to activate my account, but I don't own a mobile phone. Recently, I have been receiving unexpected phone calls from women who claim to have been chatting with someone using my identity on your website. This situation has caused me a great deal of concern as I have not engaged in these conversations, nor have I shared my contact information. I have attached a screenshot of the profile in question, provided by one of the individuals who contacted me, as well as the photo that was misused without my consent. I kindly request that you promptly remove this fraudulent profile from your site. Hello, I recently noticed that when I logged into my POF account, my photos and details had been changed to someone else's. Additionally, it seems like this person has been using my profile to message others. I discovered that he goes by the name Harbert from Singapore, but claims to live in New Jersey, USA. In later messages, his name switches to Herbert and he says he lives in Jersey, where I am located. His descriptions include promoting Bitcoin. I found out that the person in the photos has a page with thousands of followers under the same name promoting Bitcoin. I am unsure if someone is pretending to be him on my account. I haven't made any changes yet as I don't want the person to know that I am aware of the situation. Can you please assist me with this issue? Thank you, Keenan

I am having trouble logging into POF. I entered my email address ([redacted]) and password, but when prompted for the second security code where I input my phone number ([redacted]), it keeps saying it's the wrong number. I'm not sure why this is happening since this is the only number I have. I suspect my account may have been compromised. I mistakenly signed up for what I believe is a 3-month subscription. I contacted customer service a few weeks ago, and they assured me that the total charge of $41 and some change would be refunded. I unintentionally subscribed to the service and promptly canceled once I realized my error. Despite being told that I would receive a refund, I have yet to see it reflected in my account.

I need assistance with a refund for a mistaken 3-month subscription charge. I quickly contacted customer service to report the error, and I was assured a refund would be issued promptly. The charge in question was $41. However, I have not yet received the refund, despite the assurance it was processed. Several weeks have passed since I initially addressed this issue.

Recently, I encountered an issue with my account on Sunday morning. Despite several attempts, I couldn't access my account as it kept indicating a wrong password. The situation persisted until Tuesday when I was finally able to change the password. Strangely, upon logging in, I found myself in a lady's account instead of my own. Consequently, I closed the app and have not used it since. Additionally, I had just upgraded my account for £19.99. I was recently removed from POF by the platform's administrators. Despite being subject to inappropriate and suggestive behavior from male users, including invitations to their homes, I was the one penalized. I am relieved to no longer be using POF, as the experiences with users on the site have been unpleasant and disrespectful. The individuals I encountered were not trustworthy and engaging with them was uncomfortable.

I have been trying to log in for two hours now. First, the system wouldn't accept my happy chappy username, so your team suggested I use "Darrin Crabbe," but now that's also not working. I'm frustrated that even my email address is not being accepted. I am displeased with the attitude of your staff. I will be lodging a formal complaint. I began this process at 4:00 PM Australian time, and I am still stuck in the same situation. Please provide assistance or I will have to cancel my membership.
