My PS4 Slim won't start and prompts me to connect the controller. I tried connecting a USB with the 8.03 update but it didn't work. I put the PS4 in safe mode and tried various options, including initializing it, which worked temporarily. However, the issue reoccurs after game updates. I'm seeking assistance in resolving this recurring problem. Thank you for your help.

I called to ask for a refund for a game I accidentally purchased three times, and they are investigating it. I mentioned my 9-year-old was using the PlayStation when it happened, and now my account is suspended pending further review because a child was using it. I received an email requesting my driving license to verify my age, and I have already sent it. Can you tell me how long the suspension is expected to last?

The closure of the Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita stores has caused issues for many users, myself included. Upon attempting to download games like Silent Hill 1 and Darkstalkers Resurrection, I encountered frustrating error codes like "Dino Crisis: Error Code." Research shows that this problem is widespread. After contacting Sony support, I was assured that they would inform the team. I hope that Sony addresses this problem promptly to ensure all affected users are heard.

I am having trouble accessing NBA 2K. Each time I try to open my career mode, a restriction message appears. I have tried clicking on "send request" without receiving any follow-up email on how to proceed. Despite attempts to disable restrictions, the issue persists. I spoke to a representative at PlayStation, who provided me with this reference number, [redacted]4, to contact support via online chat for assistance with this matter. I believe my PlayStation Network account has been hacked and turned into a bot, resulting in me being unfairly banned. Despite reaching out via phone, Instagram, and email, I have not received any assistance in getting my account back. I was not even playing the game when the ban occurred, and I am very frustrated by the lack of communication and support from the customer service team. It is essential that users are informed when they are being banned, and I urge them to rectify this situation promptly. I kindly request that my account be reinstated as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am experiencing an issue with loading Call of Duty on my console. The game remains stuck on the loading screen, while my other games are functioning properly. Additionally, when attempting to access other features on my console like my account and shopping, they also fail to load. Initially, there was a notification regarding the need for PS Plus, but when I tried to acquire it, the process wouldn't load. Although my internet seems to be working fine for other devices like my phone, the console displays a message stating that the PlayStation account connection has failed.

Around two years ago, I purchased Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on my PS4 account. I have installed and uninstalled the game several times, but now when I try to re-download it from my library, it shows that I haven't made the purchase. My 12-year-old daughter tried to log in and saw a message saying she's banned forever. We recently bought $[redacted] worth of PlayStation store cards. I'm frustrated with this situation and feel like taking our business elsewhere. There doesn't seem to be a valid reason for this ban. I suppose she might have been hacked. While playing NBA2K21 last Monday, I unexpectedly got signed out of my account. Despite multiple attempts to log back in and reset my password, the system failed to send the reset link to my email. Surprisingly, friends informed me that someone was actively playing on my account even though I wasn't. It became evident that my account was compromised. The hacker has been using it, and they set up a 2-step verification code that I didn't authorize. As I've made numerous purchases on my account, regaining access is crucial. I had plans to start streaming, but without my account, that's not possible. Any assistance in reclaiming it would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased the Sony back button attachment. When I plugged it in and turned it on, it seemed to work initially. However, after connecting headphones to the attachment, the audio was fine, but the microphone started making a screeching beep noise. This issue only occurs when using the attachment. Both the attachment and headphones are new. I have attempted unplugging and resetting both the controller and the back button attachment.

Hello, I'm Kyle H. and I've owned my original PS4 since its release. I've been contemplating upgrading to the new PS5, but I encountered an issue. However, I discovered that they had used curse words in messages to someone they were arguing with, which led to my account being reported and suspended for 30 days. Hello, I added a discounted Elder Scrolls Online game with all DLCs included to my cart on PS Plus about 2 weeks ago. I didn't purchase it immediately but bought it today before work. When I started the download later, I noticed that it said Elder Scrolls Tamriel Unlimited, which seems to have different content than what was described in the game I intended to buy. The price was the same. I believed I didn't need to double-check since it was in my cart. It appears that the game details may have changed or it could be a visual difference only. If it's not the game I thought I was purchasing, I would like a refund as this seems suspicious. The game in my cart was different from what I ended up with even though I didn't make any changes. The sale was ending around April 14th or 17th. I haven't opened or played the game yet. I'm hoping for assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Recently, I haven't been using my PlayStation much, but I wanted to play Mortal Kombat online. I purchased PlayStation Plus and noticed my card was saved, which I didn't want. When I tried to remove it, it requested my password. I tried all my passwords with no success, so I decided to reset it. However, I couldn't recall which date of birth I used as I sometimes altered it for age restrictions. Now, I'm logged into my PS4 but can't make any changes or access my account elsewhere. My account name is displayed as Raptor Blue or possibly RappyDxD. I own a few games like Days Gone, Shadow of War, God of Warm Horizon Zero Dawn, and Red Dead Redemption. I just need to reset my password to regain access.

I am currently using my PS4 connected to the internet, and my signal strength is at 66%. My WiFi is working well, but I am experiencing difficulty with the PS4 connecting to various features. Even though the WiFi is connected, I am unable to move the PS4 closer to the router situated downstairs while I am upstairs. My games load without issues, but when I am in a PS4 party, I continually face disconnection when receiving invites for Share Play. This problem makes it seem like I am using an outdated console like a PS2 or PS3. While most functions work fine, this particular issue is frustrating. I have come across numerous articles detailing problems with PS4 consoles, and I am contemplating switching to an Xbox due to a lack of issues with it. I am seeking advice or guidance on how to resolve the connectivity problems with my PS4 despite having a stable WiFi connection.

I urgently need assistance with a prolonged issue I've had with PlayStation due to my hacked account over 2 years. An amount totaling $50,[redacted] was fraudulently taken from my account over a year. PlayStation assured me I would get the funds back and allegedly mailed a check, which I never received. Recently, a friend added me to a group chat with many people where someone jokingly mentioned sending inappropriate content. I responded with "N I C E" in a playful manner, but shortly after, I was unexpectedly suspended from the chat for 7 days due to policy violations related to adult content. I was taken aback as I hadn't solicited any inappropriate material and was simply engaging in light-hearted banter. I found the situation frustrating as my intention was not to participate in such conversations.

Hi PlayStation, my account, Dino-Cola, received a 7-day suspension for messages breaching the code of conduct. I've noticed strange activity like unexplained games appearing in my account. I'm unsure if someone accessed my account via the app or a PlayStation console. Despite being polite and only messaging known individuals or responding to compliments, I'm suspended for messages I didn't write, possibly created by others who gained access to my account. I doubt these are my messages as I haven't communicated harshly. Could the suspension be based on false reasons?

One evening, I came across "Dragon's Dogma" and decided to buy it. After paying, I encountered an issue where the game didn't download, and it still showed as if I hadn't purchased it. Despite restarting my PlayStation 5, the problem persisted. Unable to reach Sony, I contacted PayPal and eventually received a refund. However, during this time, I was able to download the game. Now, it seems like I got the game for free, resulting in a ban from Sony. I am willing to pay for the game and clear the situation. I've never faced this problem before, and it was simply an error. I need assistance in restoring my account. I can easily pay for the game; I just need guidance on how to proceed.
