When I received my PS4 back, I was thrilled and immediately started playing. While enjoying NBA2K21 and browsing the auction house, I unexpectedly received a pop-up notification stating that I violated the PSN code of conduct. This left me confused and upset, especially since I had just regained my console. Prior to this, I had been conversing with someone who had previously falsely reported me twice under the username thebeastleo. Despite my attempts to report them, they frequently change their usernames. It was distressing to receive false claims again. I found it particularly upsetting as the incident occurred while I was talking to a friend and enjoying the game. The situation escalated when I messaged a player named "thebeastleo" about my PS4 being taken away, only to receive a concerning response. This experience has been very distressing, and I hope to have it resolved soon.

When attempting to log into my PSN account, I am repeatedly receiving an error message indicating "access to Sony Entertainment Network from this system has been banned or temporarily suspended." However, this is puzzling to me as I have not engaged in any illegal activities or violated the PlayStation Entertainment contract. I have not made any purchases from the online store nor have I communicated with other players in multiplayer games. My gaming activities are solely confined to single-player games like Skyrim, Dragon's Dogma, and Skylanders. I am baffled as to how any other player could have reported me or how Sony Entertainment could allege a breach of contract. As an 18-year-old who simply enjoys playing video games on my PS3, I find this sudden ban or suspension distressing. Despite my attempts to contact support via phone, I have been unable to get through on the lines. I respectfully request assistance in resolving this matter as I have not been notified of any changes to my account status via email.

Yesterday, I was playing an online game and unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, I mistakenly told another player to "get cancer" instead of "be cancerous" in the game. This led to me being banned, and I realize now how my words were misunderstood and could be offensive. I regret the way it was taken and I understand the importance of choosing my words carefully in online interactions. I never intended to harm or offend anyone, and I wish I could have corrected the mistake before it escalated. Is there any way I can have my account unbanned? I have realized the need to be more considerate with my language in the future.

My PlayStation account has been active since [redacted] on the PS3. Unfortunately, within the past two months, I have been suspended twice and permanently banned once. Recently, I was banned after giving advice to another player in-game who later reported me for alleged hate speech, sexism, or racism. However, none of these were true as I was simply trying to help the player. It is disappointing to face such strict policies from PlayStation, especially when I have been a loyal supporter for years. I have always loved PlayStation games and even recommended them to friends, two of whom bought PlayStation consoles because of my endorsements. It is disheartening to receive such treatment despite my long history with the company.

My account got temporarily banned today for "pornography pictures." I suspect I might have been hacked or that someone I know is not a real friend. Upon waking up this morning, I discovered my account was banned. During the 2-3 years I've had the account, I have never engaged in such behavior. I plan to change my login and password, but I genuinely wish to regain access to my account. I recently purchased PS Plus and PS Now, and I mainly play solo without messaging many people. I have a busy life with a wife, two kids, and a demanding job. I do not have the time or energy to send inappropriate pictures via messages, as alleged. None of my close friends have received any strange messages. Although I am from America, this is the only PlayStation email I could find. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist in unbanning my account. Thank you for investigating this matter for me.

I am a Black male, and someone is on my account using the N-word with the hard ER in one of my group chats, and talking about anime, which I don't even watch. I would never degrade myself or my ancestors who were slaves by using such a racial slur, and it's frustrating that I cannot log in now to use my Hulu subscription, which I pay almost $[redacted] a month for. It's evident that I am not the one currently on the account. I should not be penalized for being hacked by a racist person who is upsetting my friends in the group chat. I have never used such language, and it's distressing to be locked out of my account under these circumstances.

Hello, my name is Daniel Reiser. About a month ago, I moved to a different country and unfortunately lost my old PlayStation 4 in the process. A friend gave me a used PlayStation, but I can't access my old account because I no longer remember the email address associated with it (a friend helped me set it up back then). I had around [redacted] games on that account. I remember that my PlayStation username is Putzi-Fixi and my date of birth is 23.11.[redacted]. I also tried to track down my purchased games through my bank account, but there is no email linked there. There is a credit card registered to the account under my name as well, in case that helps. Hello everyone, I am having trouble locating the thread, but my PS4 has recently been banned. I have heard from my friends and seen on YouTube that it usually takes 30 days or one month to get unbanned. However, when I searched online, it says it's a permanent ban? I have not done anything wrong, I was just trying to play. Unfortunately, I am facing financial difficulties and cannot afford to purchase another PS4, especially during the tough economic conditions in Lebanon. I am seeking assistance in recovering my PlayStation account as my console was returned to me without any games downloaded and with the wrong online account. Despite providing accurate information during the security questions with Sony, I was informed that I failed the security protocol and cannot retrieve my account. I have detailed records of dates, order numbers, credit card information, and game names to prove ownership of the account, but Sony refuses to assist me. When I spoke with a supervisor named Benjamin, he was unhelpful and stated that I had failed the security protocol, making it impossible to regain access to my account. I simply wish to regain control of my rightful account.

I encountered an issue that I want to address. I had trouble connecting my games on Madden 21 in the Franchise mode using my email [redacted] and PSN Realdill_44. I believed that my email and PSN might be corrupted, so I created a new email [redacted] and PSN tomdill44. Unfortunately, the problem persisted even with the new account. I later learned that this is a common problem among Madden players. I have been following all the steps provided to reach a customer support representative without any luck. I attempted calling four different phone numbers and have had no success. I am facing multiple issues that need to be resolved. The Help-Bot and tech support have not been helpful at all, as they do not address my concerns and seem to just circle back without a solution, causing a lot of frustration for me. Firstly, my account is not being recognized, even after trying to change my password. My name is consistently misspelled and despite correcting it multiple times, it reverts back. I am also having trouble with my username, as it says it is already in use by someone else. Additionally, I ordered a game today, Star Wars Battlefront Ultimate Edition (PlayStation Hits priced at $19.99), but the page also shows that I purchased the Standard game, which I did not order. Attempts to reach Live Chat have also been unsuccessful. One phone number instructed to press 5 or 0 to speak to a live representative, but I keep getting disconnected. I am extremely disappointed with the whole customer service experience and feel let down.

I've been using my PS4 since I got it last Christmas in [redacted], and it has worked fine for me until now. Recently, I encountered an issue where it displays a message saying it cannot restart the storage system. I've tried cleaning the hardware and leaving it unplugged, but the problem persists. My account, JustOne_Rapper, has been permanently banned, which had over [redacted] games and approximately 4€ in it. As a person who buys all games in the store, this ban resulted in over [redacted]€ being lost. The ban came after I received a 1-month ban for being reported by 6 friends who used inappropriate language towards me during a game where I outperformed them. Despite taking a break and watching Netflix from January 1st to the 3rd, upon returning to play, I found my account had been permanently banned on the grounds of cyberbullying, which I find absurd. I am requesting either the reinstatement of my account or a refund to create a new account, as this was my primary account with over [redacted] games purchased through Klarna or PlayStation cards. I recently reached out to customer support about my account access issue with my secondary PS5 account. Despite successfully remembering the password after trying to reset it, the account got blocked due to the reset attempt. The support representative was unable to verify the account despite me not making any purchases on it. The secondary account was created on my PS3 but last used on my PS4, with the console serial number being 03-[redacted]3-[redacted]. My account was recently suspended due to a chargeback issue stemming from a hacking incident four months ago that led to multiple unauthorized payments. I received the chargeback email late and couldn't address it within the 30-day timeframe as I had already received refunds from my bank. Despite paying off the chargeback debt two days ago and being told I would regain regular account access, I received another suspension email today, citing the same chargeback issue. I want my account access restored and will not pay any additional fees beyond what I've already settled.

I recently reported a player online for stalking my account and hate speech. After playing Overwatch, the person messaged me with horrible harassment. I followed the procedure and blocked and reported them. However, the next morning, I found my account suspended for a week. I am confused about PlayStation's strike system. I have been reported two times already for similar issues by toxic individuals. I believe this recent report is targeted and fake. I am worried about losing everything I've achieved in my games due to false reports. I'm seeking clarification on whether I can have this strike removed and my account unsuspended. It's distressing to think I could lose it all because someone falsely reported me out of anger or toxicity.

At that time, my little brother was using the account without my knowledge. I acknowledge the necessity for bans to maintain a safe gaming environment, but gaming is my main source of income, and I am committed to conducting myself respectfully and positively while playing. Although the suspension is for a week, it will significantly impact my earnings. I have never engaged in sending unsolicited messages before.
