I purchased PlayStation Plus a while back with my debit card and didn't realize it would auto-renew for the next three months. Thinking it was unauthorized, I cancelled my card and got a new one. Only later did I realize the error was mine. However, my account got banned over a $25 charge. I'm disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. If this isn't resolved, I will switch to Xbox. Also, instead of restricting all accounts on my PS4, why not just ban the specific one in question? I've been a loyal customer for years, yet no one reached out over a simple mistake. I've updated my email too, so please contact me that way.

Hello and Greetings. I would like to address my issue regarding a refund for the over-hyped title "CyberPunk2077". I requested a refund nearly two days ago on the PlayStation official website. However, I have yet to receive any email or notification regarding my request on both my console and personal email. I was informed that Sony typically sends a refund confirmation email within 24 hours. I am concerned that my requests are not being processed through the website. I made an accidental purchase on Borderlands add-on which I already owned. I tried to stop the download and then buy the correct one. I reached out to support the same day and the following day but the issue wasn't resolved. My attempt to reverse the charges was a mistake, hoping it would lead to speaking with live support. I apologize for this and would like to resolve it by reopening our account without being charged for the duplicate purchase. We are loyal Playstation users and wish to resolve this promptly. I attempted to log into my account "MentorOW," only to discover that the password has been altered. After checking my emails, I noticed that Sony had sent me a sign-in verification code that I did not request. The email also indicated a sign-in location from a PS4 in Saudi Arabia, while I am located in California. Moreover, a friend informed me that the hacker had exited all my message groups and was active in playing Rocket League just four hours ago.

Hello, I recently purchased a used PlayStation 4 Pro and decided to switch over to Sony PlayStation for competitive gaming. I am experiencing the same problem as many others with your PS Video app not letting me watch or download content because it claims that I have reached the maximum of 7 devices logged in. I have changed my password, and I'm the only one using my account, so I know I'm not going over the limit. As you are probably aware, the PS Video app has a significant problem, evident from the numerous 1-star reviews it has received, and it seems to be an unresolved issue for years. I would be grateful for any help, as long as it's not from another chatbot. Thank you.

Around 2:25 am on December 22nd, I was unexpectedly logged out of my PSN account. I wasn't violating any terms of service or making changes to my password at the time. I was simply on my console at a game menu screen when it happened. Now, I keep receiving an error code when I try to log back in. I haven't received any emails about two-step verification or changed my email address recently. It seems like I either got suspended (without knowing why) or someone has accessed my account without my permission. When I attempted to reset my password to regain access, I was notified that the password had been changed within the last 24 hours, even though I didn't make that change myself. My PSN ID is TwentyDollars__, with the exact capitalization as provided, and I'm currently unable to regain access to my account.

Hello, I recently purchased the new Playstation 5 and have updated it to the latest system version. However, I am encountering an issue when trying to update CyberPunk [redacted] to version 1.05. I am receiving an error message "Something went wrong CE-[redacted]-8", which is similar to the problem I faced with the previous update (1.04). To resolve it last time, I had to uninstall and reinstall the game. I am hoping to find a solution that does not involve this extensive process. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday evening, my friend accessed my account and proceeded to send inappropriate messages to other players in a party, resulting in them reporting me. We share a Ps+ subscription, which is why my friend was able to do this. I woke up to find that my account had been banned. The email did not specify the duration of the ban, but it mentioned the possibility of a temporary or permanent suspension if further offenses occur, which would hinder my ability to interact with other players and play online games on PlayStation™Network. The error code I received is "WS-[redacted]-3." I am seeking clarification from Ps regarding the ban duration and if there is a way to appeal or have it lifted.

My son's PlayStation account got hacked. I managed to reset the password, but the hacker set up 2-factor authentication that I can't access. My account was compromised, and my partner's card details were stolen and used to make unauthorized purchases of virtual currency by the hacker. The bank and Playstation were informed, resulting in my account being banned. As a result, we are unable to access the games purchased on my account to play together. Despite numerous attempts to contact Playstation through calls, messages, and chat, we have not received any assistance. When my boyfriend tried to explain the situation in chat support, they requested my email and then abruptly ended the conversation. I am frustrated by the lack of response and the inability to speak with a competent representative to resolve this issue.

My Sony PlayStation and bank account were compromised on December 13. Unfortunately, despite being promised a resolution within 24-48 business hours, my banned PlayStation account and unreimbursed bank account have not been restored even after 7 business days. I was thrilled to finally secure a Playstation 5 for my son who has autism through Walmart, after days of searching on various websites. However, I was disappointed to see that the arrival date is January 9th, which was only shown after I completed the purchase. I had hoped the restocking was to ensure delivery by Christmas. I kindly ask if it's possible for the processing and shipping department to expedite the delivery so my son can have it in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, a fellow user reported me several times, claiming my content was inappropriate due to using offensive language. Shortly after, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and it was subsequently suspended.

I recently purchased PS Plus on May 17, [redacted], with a one-year subscription that should not have started charging me for at least five months. Yet, for the past three months, I have been getting charged for one-month subscriptions. I contacted PlayStation to request a refund for those unauthorized charges, but after receiving the refund, I found out that my account has been permanently suspended due to a chargeback. I had my account banned around a year ago for sharing my YouTube through my PS*. I wasn't aware that it wasn't allowed, and I didn't receive any warnings. I now understand the mistake I made and really want to have my account reinstated. The account name is 'darmetrius', and the associated email is *****@***.com with the password 'draven77' as proof of ownership. I believe the ban was harsh since I genuinely didn't know about the policy as the option to share was available. It's been a year, and I have learned from this experience.
