I am facing an issue where my account was hacked some time ago. Despite recovering my account information, the hacker enabled two-step verification. However, I am unable to access the account as the original PS4 on which it was created had software problems and I had to replace it with a new one, therefore discarding the old system. I need assistance in removing the two-step verification from my account. The email associated with the account is [redacted] and the username is Xx-Killers-xX47. Thank you.

When I created my PlayStation account, I was underage and needed an account manager. Unfortunately, the person who assisted me forgot the linked account information. As a result, I have been unable to remove restrictions imposed on my account for minor issues. Despite turning 18 recently, my account remains restricted. I believe the correct birthdate should be associated with my account, so it's confusing why I still can't access all features. Not being able to chat with my friends in a party on my account for months has been very frustrating.

My PlayStation account was banned for a reason that I have no connection to. All I want is to play games with my kids, but I can't even do that now. I've attempted to call Sony, but I haven't been able to reach anyone over the phone. I am frustrated because I haven't received any response via email regarding this issue. I am considering switching to Xbox as a result of this situation, as it doesn't seem fair at all.

My son accidentally memorized my husband's debit card details, including the PSN number. He made unauthorized purchases from December 4th to December 7th, totaling over a hundred dollars. I have the bank statement detailing the transactions. I need assistance in disputing these charges and recovering the funds as my son was not allowed to use the card. Thank you.

I recently received a permanent ban on PlayStation for sending a message to a friend I met through the platform. I realize I made a mistake and sincerely apologize for breaking the code of conduct. I have been a loyal user for 10 years, and all my gaming history is tied to this account. I did not have any malicious intent when messaging my friend. Sony, I have been a loyal customer since the PlayStation One era, purchasing all your products and deluxe editions. I have invested a significant amount of money in your brand over the years. I am kindly asking for one more chance to have my account unbanned. Please reconsider my situation.

I am frustrated because my credit card was used to make unauthorized charges. I initially agreed to a one-time VC charge and then removed my credit card information. However, my bank noticed multiple unauthorized charges and had to close my account to prevent further charges. I have been attempting to contact PlayStation multiple times to resolve this issue, but I have not been successful. I only authorized a one-time VC charge for $19.99 and an upgrade for $4.99. The additional unauthorized charges are unacceptable, and I am disappointed with the lack of resolution.

My son's account was stolen by a player who had been tricking him for some time and convinced him to swap accounts. This person, under the username lambdaddyhoe, then proceeded to steal his account. My son, who has autism, relied on playing Fortnite as part of his therapy to help him stay calm and focused. The situation has greatly affected him, and he is distraught. His username is flaming pinon. Any assistance in recovering his account would be greatly appreciated. Please help us with this matter.

My account got banned because of a chargeback issue. I disputed the unauthorized charges with my bank, resulting in my current situation. Despite having the games in my library, I haven't opened or downloaded them as I didn't purchase them. Recently, I had to replace my card and spent the holidays away from home without a debit card. Contacting customer service has been futile for a week as the phone support disconnects when I choose PS4 issues and the chat function leads me to an ineffective support page. All I want is to converse with a helpful representative. I acknowledge the reason for the ban but urge the company to provide better communication channels for resolving such matters. I am prepared to escalate this if necessary, including involving the Attorney General of California. I insist that I will not pay for unauthorized transactions and will request a refund for my remaining PS+ subscription.

I have a PSN account with numerous Fortnite skins. I took a break from the game and now when I try to log back in, it's asking for a 2-step verification phone number that I no longer have access to. I do have a backup number but the code isn't coming through. I can access the email associated with the account and provide the PS4 serial number where the account was created if needed. However, since I'm not logged in on any device, I can't disable the 2-step verification. I've tried reaching out to PSN support but only encountered an unhelpful chatbot. Appreciate any assistance.

I recently purchased a PS4 console, but my bank account has been charged multiple times for purchases my grandson made without my knowledge. He thought the games, character skins, and weapons were free. I have incurred significant charges on my bank account due to these purchases, even though I only downloaded free games myself. My account was recently banned for violating the code of conduct, even though it wasn't a chargeback. My brother used my account to engage in inappropriate behavior, resulting in the ban. I understand the reason but I can't determine how long the ban will last. My account is linked to my dad's email, [redacted], but he doesn't receive emails. Hello. I am trying to connect to PSN on my PS4, but I have been receiving the WS-[redacted]-4 error code for the past week and a half. It states, "Unable to sign in to your account for PlayStation Network." I have already contacted Sony Playstation support for about 3 hours, but they couldn't resolve it. I live in an apartment complex, so I can't contact my internet provider. Typically, my download speed is [redacted] mbps, and my upload speed is around 70. Can anyone assist me with this problem?

Hello, I accidentally made a purchase on the PlayStation Store using my PS4 and now I need to cancel some of the games I bought. Out of the 7 games purchased on December 6th, I only want to keep 3 of them. I have attempted to contact Sony PlayStation through various methods listed on their website but have been unsuccessful. I believe my PlayStation account has been compromised as the 2-step verification was activated without my knowledge. I attempted to log in recently but was prompted for the 2SV, which I am unable to access as I do not have the associated phone number. Although I changed the account password to secure it, I remain locked out without the 2SV code. Despite my efforts to reach PlayStation via phone calls and tweets, I have not received any assistance for several days now. I am in need of urgent help to regain access to my account.

I had an issue with my PlayStation Plus subscription. Prior to my automatic renewal, I saw a deal for $45.99 which I purchased, mistakenly thinking it was for PS Plus, not PS Now. When the auto-renewal occurred, I tried to contact PlayStation Support without success. My wife ended up cancelling my PS Plus instead of PS Now. I then bought a one-month subscription and found my account locked. After restarting, I discovered my account was permanently suspended for a terms violation. I believe this could be resolved if I could speak with a representative as the automated system has not been helpful.

My PSN account was hacked, and unauthorized purchases were made. Despite getting the charges removed by my bank, the game was left on my PS. I took action by deleting it, changing passwords, and attempting to reach out through emails to address the issue. However, after two weeks, I received an email stating that I was permanently banned from the platform. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate with PSN support have been unfruitful, and I am currently unable to access my account, including other games I have purchased and downloaded.

I am experiencing an issue with my PS4. I have owned it for about a year, and recently it has been freezing for about 30 seconds while playing games or on the home screen. Now, it won't turn on properly. It goes to safe mode, then displays the PlayStation logo, but after that, the screen goes black for at least 5 minutes before shutting off entirely. I attempted to reinstall the system software update using a USB, but it was unsuccessful.
