Since April, I have not had access to my PS4. However, on August 10th my password was changed, and on the 11th, my sign-in ID was also altered. Unaware of these changes because my account is under my cousin's email, all notifications were going to him. It wasn't until a friend couldn't sign in on my account from their PS4 that I became aware of the issue. After investigating, I discovered the changes through my cousin's Gmail account. Despite numerous attempts to recover my account, even reaching out to support services through chat, I have been unsuccessful. After resigning to the fact that my PS4 account had been hacked, I realized that all my progress, time, and connections with friends may be lost.

We own a PS4 that my son plays games on. A week ago, we received an email stating he was banned for seven days. I tried to find out more online but was unsuccessful. The email explained the ban was due to offensive content on Messages 2.0 on the PlayStation Network. Although the suspension was lifted after seven days, he has now been suspended for 30 days without us understanding why. We are concerned as our son is only 10 years old and we do not believe he would engage in such behavior. This situation has caused distress for him and us. We have invested a lot in games, and the idea of a permanent ban without clear evidence is worrying. Especially during these times when gaming is a crucial social outlet for many kids. Understanding what occurred and the possibility of a mistake is essential to us. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as we are frustrated with the lack of information from PlayStation. Hello, I wanted to report that my PSN account "ChloeCatSage" was compromised 2 months ago. I have attempted to recover it through phone support and online methods without success. Despite calling during business hours, the phone system repeatedly directs me to either call back later or seek online support. This situation is particularly challenging for me since I rely on disability and SSI benefits. Many of the games on my account are digital exclusives that are no longer available, and I cannot afford to repurchase them. I urgently need access to my games, especially those I recently bought in anticipation of the PS5. Unfortunately, my account was hacked through my web accounts and even my Twitter was compromised. I am unable to access the PS5 until this issue is resolved. I reached out to Player Support on August 30, [redacted], but have encountered the same unhelpful message each time. I have been playing NBA 2k21 for 22 years now. This morning, I encountered players online cheating the system, which I have never reported before. These players utilize YouTube videos with instructions on how to exploit the game every year, allowing them to have overpowered cards without ever subbing them out. It's frustrating because their team rating is lower than mine, yet they possess cards that can do impossible things. It ruins the game experience. I understand the concept of unlocking powerful cards through gameplay, but exploiting the system to face weaker opponents is unfair. I reported a player named Onlyza for using this glitch, and I believe action should be taken against those who manipulate the game. Calling out this behavior is crucial, regardless of race. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

My son's account, on which I am a signer, has been repeatedly hacked resulting in unauthorized charges from Playstation. Despite already replacing his debit cards multiple times, more charges have appeared, dating back to August 24th ($9.99), September 24th ($9.99), September 28th ($25.00), October 26th ($3.97), November 9th ($9.99), and November 17th ($15.99). I urgently request these charges be refunded promptly. I am contacting our bank to dispute these charges. I value your assistance greatly. While I understand it's challenging to prevent hackers, I aim to prevent any future unauthorized charges on his Playstation account. I am unsure if account flagging is possible to enhance security. I reached out to a player in the summit to voice my concerns about being kicked from the squad. I suggested they consider switching to a medic hive on Division 2 to help out. Unfortunately, there was no response, and I was eventually removed from the group after we failed a mission. I mentioned that the player wasn't using their build effectively, and they reacted poorly to my feedback. I received an email stating that I had been permanently banned, which I found extreme considering my message was not disrespectful. After nearly a decade with this community, I find it disappointing to be dealt with in this manner for the first time that I expressed my opinion.

Yesterday, my PSN account was unexpectedly banned for a month, and I believe it was unjustified. I am eager for its prompt reinstatement. Recently, unreliable internet access has limited my online activities. I have not engaged in any rule-breaking behavior. Despite being unable to go online due to internet issues, once I gained access, my time was spent browsing the PlayStation store without making any purchases. The ongoing internet problems have made it challenging to participate in online communities. I am perplexed as to how my actions could have led to this ban and request that my account be restored promptly. Thank you.

I am having trouble with the two-step verification on my phone. When I try to resend the verification code, it doesn't send to my number anymore. I have been locked out of my PlayStation, using the app on my phone. When I tried to get a recovery or backup code from the security settings, it said there was an issue and that PlayStation services were unavailable. I attempted to reset my password, but even after changing it, I couldn't log back in. Instead, I got logged out of the PlayStation app as well. This is frustrating because I purchased $60 worth of PlayStation codes for my account while on vacation in Florida. I planned to use them when I returned to Colorado to buy R6 credits and new charms for Rainbow Six Siege. However, I am now unable to access my account due to the verification code not being delivered to my phone.

I have a PSN account, but I sold my PS4 almost 4 years ago. I am receiving my PS5 around mid-December and I would like to access my old profile to ensure I don't lose my progress. When I tried to log in on the PlayStation website, it asked for the householder to log in to accept new terms and conditions, and privacy policies. I suspect this is because I used my mom's email when I was underage. However, that email is no longer accessible as it has been deleted. I am uncertain of how to proceed without access to the original email. I hope this clarifies my issue, and I would appreciate a solution to retain access to my old account.

I am facing an issue with my PS4 account after moving from Rome, Italy to Armenia. I used to log in with the username "godlynush420" and the email "[redacted]" Now, I cannot log back in due to the two-step verification process. I no longer have access to the phone number linked to receive the verification code. When I try the "don't have phone number" option, I am asked for a backup code that I cannot retrieve since I can't log into the PlayStation Network. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original device that was logged in. I have valuable items on that account and hope to resolve this issue without losing them.

I recently received a ban from Playstation due to a chargeback issue. Initially, I was unaware of what this meant until I reviewed the terms and conditions. Upon checking my bank accounts, I realized I had been using the wrong account for transactions. I take full responsibility for this mistake and regret my oversight. As a result of the ban, I am unable to play online or access my game statistics. Despite my attempts to contact Playstation via email, I have not received a response yet, which is quite frustrating. I am eager to resolve this situation, have my account unbanned, and regain access to my subscriptions. Dear Sir or Madam, since Saturn has not commented on the matter, I wanted to inquire about when Sony consoles will be delivered to Saturn again. My delivery confirmation stated that I should receive mine by the 19th, but I have yet to receive my PS5 on the release date. I have contacted Saturn's customer support multiple times, only to be redirected with automated responses. I am truly upset, as are [redacted],[redacted] others who went into prepayment two months prior and did not receive a console on release day. I even took time off work for this. I pre-ordered Cold War and played the first beta without issues. However, I couldn't play the second beta and have been unable to play since the game was released. Despite being hardwired and resetting my router multiple times, the game gets stuck on "connecting online" indefinitely. I've reinstalled it twice to no avail. All other games work except Cold War. I paid $89.99 for the best version but can't access it. I'd like assistance to make it work or a refund. I'm frustrated and unsure what to do next. Hello, I'm experiencing issues with my PlayStation Network (PSN) account after it was hacked. The perpetrator has activated a 2-step verification code, preventing my access. The password reset function and email reset option are not working. I've invested a substantial amount of money in games and content on this account and need Sony to remove the 2-step verification and enable me to reset my password via email. Despite contacting PlayStation's chat support, providing accurate owner details, and seeking help to recover my account, they have been unhelpful. They have abruptly ended chats without assisting in investigating the hack. Upon attempting to re-establish contact within 24 hours, I receive a message directing me to return the next day due to the ineffectiveness of the chat support.

My account got banned with about $[redacted] charged for games/services I didn't authorize. Someone used it for EA sports subscription services, but I don't play sports games; I prefer RPGs and Action games. I alerted my bank about the unauthorized charges, got my card frozen, and they started a fraud investigation. I changed my PSN password, turned on two-factor authentication, and the only legit purchase I made after that was for Genshin Impact with the new card. I don't want to lose all my progress and purchases on my account. I have proof of the fraudulent transactions from my bank and I can provide any other details needed. How can I regain access to my account?

Hello customer support, I am experiencing issues with activating my account. When attempting to set it as primary on my PlayStation, I receive error code NP-[redacted]-1 directing me to deactivate the account because it's already primary on another console. I am certain it's only linked to one other PlayStation, which also triggers the same error. Trying to deactivate all accounts on the Sony site informed me of a mandatory 6-month waiting period. Since I'm unsure how long the account has been active on the other console, I'm uncertain when I can deactivate it. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed, whether I can deactivate it or if assistance is available from your end. My PlayStation serial code is Mb[redacted]06 and my model number is CUH-12VG15A. On Sunday, 11/22, when I logged into my PS4, I discovered I had been temporarily suspended for allegedly sending inappropriate photos, which I would never do. The email my parents received about this is concerning and confusing. I suspect someone may have gained unauthorized access to my account and used it to send these photos as I have experienced being logged out mid-game before due to simultaneous logins. I am unaware of how to save images on my PS4, let alone send them. I believe a reduced suspension or its removal would be fair since I am not responsible for the misconduct. I hope this misunderstanding can be resolved promptly.

Hello PSN Support, I am reaching out regarding a ban I received on my PSN account. The ban reason states it was due to a chargeback, but in reality, it was due to repeated suspensions for violating the Code of Conduct. I want to clarify that these suspensions were based on false reports. The player who reported me falsely claimed offense and misrepresented the content shared. Their reports stemmed from their displeasure at being removed from a party using the "kicking" option. I took this action due to the player's persistent harassment and offensive language towards my friends and others. While I understand there may be limitations to what can be done, I kindly request a review of this situation and a chance to appeal the ban, as it was unjustly imposed based on false allegations.

My account was recently suspended due to chargebacks for unauthorized purchases after my card was compromised. This resulted in a week of services being blocked, including streaming, PS Plus, and recent DLC purchases. I understand the need for security measures, but I feel penalized for an issue beyond my control. It would have been more helpful if PlayStation had reached out to me before suspending the account. I hope this can be resolved, as I value the services and would like to continue as a customer.

I encountered an issue with my PlayStation network account while watching YouTube videos. Following this, I attempted to make my PlayStation primary again as it was before. I experienced being logged out repeatedly in the same manner. Despite my PlayStation still being set as the primary, I couldn't deactivate all devices due to a limit of once every six months. When checking the primary PS4, I discovered it was no longer mine, and I couldn't set mine as the primary again nor deactivate the other device that took over. Regrettably, I've been unsuccessful in contacting PlayStation support for assistance.
