Hello, I am Novon Greenwood. I am contacting you regarding an unauthorized purchase on my PSN account. I filed a claim with my bank and received a refund, but PSN banned my account for a negative balance. They requested I buy a $99.99 PS card to clear the ban, which I did. Now I am requesting a refund for that purchase before contacting my bank as instructed in an email. Each time I try to reach out through live chat, I am told they cannot assist me and avoid the issue, contrary to your policy where I have 14 days to request a refund for an unauthorized purchase. The transaction in question was on June 7, [redacted], for V bucks in Fortnite for $99.99, ending with card number [redacted]. I am seeking a refund for this purchase that I did not make. I recently received my credit card statement and was shocked to see charges amounting to over $1,[redacted] for PlayStation purchases. The charges ranged from $49.30 to $99.99 per day from May 27th to June for multiple days. I tried calling the 1-[redacted] number provided but could only reach a recording, prompting me to contact my credit card company. I have since put a stop payment on these suspicious charges. It seems unreasonable for my son to be banned from his game when using a store-bought card, as I believe those should work without any issues. We are troubled by these unexpected charges and the lack of clarity when trying to address the situation with PlayStation. My PS4 suddenly started having issues with game and PlayStation party chats. In the party chat, audio cuts off intermittently - I can't hear others and they can't hear me. This happens with different people. I've tried muting and unmuting my mic, restarting the console, toggling the internet, searching for solutions online with no luck. Even PS chat support directed me to the PS4 help website, but none of the solutions matched my problem. Moreover, I face frequent disconnections from game servers like Rainbow Six Siege, yet strangely, I can continue playing with others. It's frustrating how I get kicked off servers but can still interact with other players seamlessly.

I need immediate assistance to address a concerning situation with my 13-year-old nephew who plays Fortnite. Within his group of friends, there is an issue where despite all boys using inappropriate language, only my nephew is being reported by a stealthy peer who causes him to get banned for a month. I acknowledge PlayStation's policies on offensive language reporting, but in this case, all the kids are involved. The parents are jointly investigating the child who is screenshotting my nephew's comments to report him. I am seeking guidance on how to request that the entire group faces consequences together for their behavior as they are all speaking similarly. I received a PS4 Pro from a friend that had been put into safe mode due to an update issue. I followed the instructions to download the update onto a USB drive but encountered a problem where the file didn't download directly onto the USB, so I manually moved it into the correct folder. After connecting the USB to the PS4 and turning it on, the system cycled on and off before prompting me to press the PS button on the controller. Despite following the steps, I received a message stating there was no USB drive connected. I tried both USB ports with the controller connected without success. Last year, my older sister kindly purchased a game for me on the PlayStation store using her debit card. Hello, I've been attempting to download the full version of Minecraft, but I previously tried the demo before deciding to buy the game. Despite deleting the demo, I'm encountering difficulties purchasing the full game on the PlayStation Store. I learned from a post on Reddit that having the demo installed might be causing issues with the full version download, similar to my experience with Road to Boruto: Shinobi Strikers. A previous support agent helped resolve the Shinobi Strikers demo interference by removing it entirely from my system, allowing me to download the full game smoothly. During a Fortnite game, I received a notification informing me of a ban on my PlayStation account. The same occurred when attempting to sign in to my PSN account. Shortly after, I received an email stating my PS4 account had been permanently banned for allegedly trying to obtain personal information without consent. I had shared games with a friend, who seemingly banned me instead of declining the offer. As a loyal PlayStation member for four years, I find a permanent ban excessive for a first offense. I received an email notifying me that my account email and password have been changed without my authorization. Hello, I have a question. I'm not sure if this can still be resolved, and it's quite silly of me to only think of this now and ask. I had an account named (xBlackTrickz-) a long time ago. I couldn't log in and about 3/4 years ago, when I was under 18, I tried to contact you. I couldn't retrieve my account back then. I am now 18 as of March 6, [redacted], and I really want to try to get my account back. If I remember correctly, I had purchased Minecraft or Minecraft packs on that account, which I believe was the last thing I bought. My email is also blocked, so I can't do anything. I remember accessing it before but couldn't log into my PlayStation account, and then the email was blocked. I really want my account back, even though I know it's very late to ask. I have reached out to the developers who confirmed that the online component is no longer operational, which was the main reason for my purchase. I am eligible for a refund as it falls within their 14-day refund policy, and the game is now considered defective. Unfortunately, the online chat is unresponsive as refunds are typically denied unless the product is faulty, despite my case meeting that criteria. I possess an email from the developers acknowledging the issue with the game, and there are others facing the same problem as evident from shared links. This is not an isolated incident. Ideally, a refund to my card is preferred, but I would also accept a credit to my account. It is essential that the game is either fixed or clearly labeled as having disabled features before being sold to prevent misleading customers.

However, the hacker deactivated all Playstation systems and set their PS4 as the primary console. I am now locked out of changing this for 6 months. My account was suspended due to unauthorized access from a hacker. The recent messages in my chat clearly show the hacker violating the terms of service. I have been previously hacked, evident from past messages discussing topics I would not normally talk about. Additionally, I use the same password for multiple accounts, making it easier for hackers to breach my security. The hackers even issued death threats through my account, resulting in my suspension despite being offline during the incident. I urge you to review my previous chats to verify these threats. The hackers have not only disrupted my social life and entertainment but have also caused me to be wrongly accused by my friends. A noticeable sign of hacking is the aggressive tone in all caps in the messages, unlike my usual style. I request the suspension to be lifted, an investigation into the hacker's activities, and identification of the IP Address used for the unauthorized access.
