Got a dlc to upgrade to street fighter * to champion edition and didn’t receive what I paid for. Contacted chat support about a refund since their policy states “refund for faulty product”. They wanted me to run me through troubleshooting and reestablishing licenses and activate as primary PS*, which I did once I got home. Tried to contact them again and every time is says I’m blocked from the chat. I have tried every day for the past * days. Phone don’t work since they are not doing phone and can’t get ahold of an agent. I have tried on several different browsers and even tried going through another region and same thing. I’m trying to get it fixed or get refunded since their product doesn’t work and won’t even troubleshoot. I have saved the transcripts of the initial conversation with the agent before getting blocked and recorded every attempt to contact them. If they don’t reply or not able to make contact, I will seek a legal course of action against Sony since they can’t even follow their own policies. I didn’t violate any policy or did anything to be blocked from contacting support.
