Okay I've been trying since March of **** to contact customer support in regards to charges as being charged on my account I have one PlayStation Plus account I am being charged for two of them one on the **th of the month or the *th of the month and the other on the **th of the month I finally got in touch with my bank and I disputed a charge now my son's account is banned but you guys are still charging me and I have not gotten a refund for the last four months of you guys charge me for the same account twice and I've been trying to contact someone and no one's emailing me back or responding back if they are telling me that they're not finding account from seeing these charges on my statement every month also I've been charged this month for my subscription but I'm banned this isn't cool.

GetHuman-shygip did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
