Dear Sir,**I recently bought a PS* Pro and paid for * years subscription for a PS Now account via PayPal costing £**.**, Order No. ************, however it stopped working around a month ago on *******. On the same day I received an email that stated:**“Sign in ID change.**This email confirms that your Sony entertainment network sign in ID (email address) has been changed successfully.”**It then tells me to contact customer support which has so far been impossible as I live in Vietnam (where I purchased the PS) and the local contact number is Vietnamese language only. I tried the online chat and that has never worked – it simply says there is nobody available. I tried calling Singapore but the number doesn’t work from overseas.**I then got another email on the same day as the above informing that:**“Sony Interactive Entertainment has cancelled a billing agreement with you.**Description: Sony PSN BA via Console”**I have no idea why it has stopped working, why Sony cancelled my billing agreement or changed my email address, and why I have not been refunded the £**.** to either my bank or PayPal account.**I am extremely frustrated by this as I have tried many, many times to contact Sony about this via different channels with all of them completely useless. I have tried logging in via my laptop and on my console but it tells me that my email does not exist on the system and therefore cannot access my account or anything related to it.**The closest I could get was an online chat bot that was not fit for purpose, various email addresses that were no longer in use and the online chat with the US that was permanently unavailable due to demand. If I called the UK or US I am sure Sony would not reimburse me for that cost and I see no reason why I should pay for it (if indeed I can call their toll-free numbers from overseas as I could not to Singapore).**Please address this as soon as possible as I have been unbale to log in for over a month and unable to download the games that come free with the PSN account.**My sign-in email address and ID are below:*******@***.com*NMAVN**Kind regards,**James Snee
