Hello, I am seeking assistance in recovering my PS4 account, which includes valuable Fortnite skins worth over $[redacted]. The date of birth associated with the account is 2/26/99. The original email linked to the account was [redacted], later changed to ViZzoR-CLiPzZ. The account was recently stolen, and I am concerned about unauthorized use of payment methods linked, such as my dad's card ending in [redacted]. I believe the password could be Nope0525 or Jercait23, possibly changed with the email. I was banned previously due to game sharing; however, I now seek help to regain access and secure the account. Please provide guidance or a link to facilitate the recovery process. I can offer additional proof if necessary. Thank you for your assistance. It is imperative for me to regain access to my account promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

While playing GTA5, I encountered a situation where a random kid started saying inappropriate things to me over the mic. After muting them, I received a series of spam messages with offensive content. I retaliated by calling the kid gay, after which I reported them. Surprisingly, my account got suspended for 7 days for using that one word. I know bad language is not allowed, but considering the circumstances and the continuous harassment I faced, I believe the punishment was unfair. I reported the offender, isn't that what is expected in such situations? I hope for a resolution to this unjust suspension. Thank you for listening to my situation.

I'm having trouble accessing Spotify on my PS4. I downloaded the app, but when I try to open it from the library, it prompts me to start it, then says it can't find the application and suggests checking the PlayStation store, where I can't find the option to download or start it. I also checked for saved data on PlayStation Plus online storage, but found none. Another issue occurs when I go to my profile, click on "overview," then "music," and try to download Spotify from there, I end up on the same screen without the option to download or start the app.

My daughter purchased the new "Call of Duty" game for her brother for Christmas at the store using her card. The shop assistant provided her with all the receipts, including the code needed to upload the game to his PS4. However, the code was not clear when my son attempted to enter it, leading to confusion with multiple codes on the receipt. Unfortunately, my son, who is only fourteen years old, accidentally purchased the game again on his PS4, resulting in a charge to his father's account. This duplicate purchase cost nearly one hundred pounds. My partner is requesting a refund for the duplicate purchase, as the game was already bought and paid for. We hope the money can be credited back to his account promptly, without any unauthorized charges. I am reaching out on behalf of my partner, and we are hopeful that someone from your company can assist us in resolving this matter.

Last night, my PlayStation account was hacked, and unauthorized purchases were made using my credit card. Despite having only one PlayStation in Rhode Island, the charges originated from California. I am certain I did not disclose my password. I am hoping that you can assist in regaining access to these games and refunding the money spent. The transactions occurred on 01/03/[redacted] on the account associated with [redacted] I have no interest in these games and did not initiate these purchases. This incident is new to me, and it's disheartening as I've only owned my PlayStation for 2 months. The fraudulently purchased games include eFootball PES [redacted], Need for Speed Heat, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, GTA: Premium Edition, EA Sports FIFA [redacted], and Mortal Kombat 11. I have already updated my password, signed out all devices, and enabled two-step verification.

I recently received an email from Sony confirming that my sign-in ID for my Sony Entertainment Network account was changed, but I didn't make that change myself. Now, I'm unable to access my account and I have games I purchased back in June [redacted] that I'd like to play. The games are: 1. MONSTER HUNTER: WORLD™ with Order Number [redacted]11 Name: James Pathrick Lopez Online ID: solidarity93US Date Purchased: 06/16/[redacted] @ 05:43 PM 2. Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night with Order Number: [redacted]30 Name: James Pathrick Lopez Online ID: solidarity93US Date Purchased: 06/28/[redacted] @ 01:44 AM The email address associated with my account is [redacted] I've read on forums that account recovery is possible by providing the Sign-in ID and email address. I will also reach out to live support for further assistance. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter promptly.

Yesterday, I attempted to purchase Star Wars Battlefront 2 Celebration Edition in the PS Store. After entering my bank-provided password and CVV code to validate my card, the transaction failed, and subsequent attempts resulted in a ban due to too many failed connections. I'm frustrated by this situation as it happened once before without a ban. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, as it is preventing me from making the purchase and is affecting my experience as a loyal customer.

My PS4 keeps booting up in Safe Mode and prompts me to update with a USB containing the latest 7.02 update. I have attempted to do this multiple times by creating the necessary folder structure on the USB and formatting it in exFAT and FAT32. I've tried both USB ports and even attempted a manual update from Safe Mode. Considering initializing my PS4 as a last resort, I'm unsure how to back up my data to ensure I don't lose it. While I have PlayStation Plus, I'm uncertain if all my data is backed up in the cloud. I'm considering transferring my hard drive data to another device before initializing, but I'm concerned about compatibility with the updated hard drive. I've also heard suggestions about potential issues with the Blu-ray drive and trying a different USB brand. If I do decide to initialize, I want to ensure I have a backup plan for my data.

I allowed my friend to buy a game for his son on 12/26/[redacted], as he doesn't have a credit or bank card. However, later on 01/02/[redacted], I noticed four additional charges, including a $9.99 one. I'm unsure if this was an unauthorized membership fee or another game purchase without my consent. The total charges amount to over $[redacted], which is frustrating me. I only authorized a $39.99 game purchase on Christmas Day, so I want my credit card removed from the PlayStation account. I don't have access to the account, so I need guidance on how to remove my account information.

My account was hacked, and I would like to recover it with my original username. The person who gained control of my account changed my email address on January 2nd at 7 pm. I only realized this when I tried to log in on January 3rd around 11:30 pm. I reset my password, which I hadn't used for over a year, but did not receive any emails from Sony despite multiple attempts. I logged into my secondary account and discovered that my username was changed. The person using my account was playing 2k19 online. I chose not to confront them to avoid losing my account, so I joined a friend's party chat. Later, I noticed that my username and real name had been changed, and the hacker had started removing friends from my list. I am waiting for a response from Sony on Monday and hope to resolve this issue. It's also important to keep track of friends on your hacked account to monitor any further changes or activities.

I bought a 12-month PS Plus membership card and redeemed it. Later, I realized that I was also charged for a membership through my credit card, which I didn't authorize. I believe I turned off auto-renewal on the same day. Despite being charged for two 12-month memberships, my PS Plus subscription still ends in [redacted]. I would like a refund for the 12-month membership purchased with my credit card on December 24th.

I've been attempting to purchase FIFA 20 from the PlayStation Store for a month now, but I keep encountering an error message stating that my card information is incorrect. Despite ensuring that I input the details accurately each time, I continue to face this issue. I even tried to make the purchase through my phone, but the outcome remains the same. There are sufficient funds on my card to cover the cost of FIFA 20, so it doesn't seem to be an issue of insufficient funds.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my son's PlayStation account as he has forgotten both his account password and the password to his email where the reset link was sent. The associated phone number is also outdated, making it impossible to recover the email account. He doesn't want to lose his purchased items on Fortnite by creating a new account. Is there a way to create a new account and transfer his purchases? Alternatively, could you update his email to the new one to facilitate the password reset process? His current account details are: Email: [redacted] Date of Birth: 21st April [redacted] Last remembered password: Lexitylu2 Account set up around January/February [redacted] My details are: Email: [redacted] Password: Mitch2008 Phone: +[redacted]38 Mobile: +[redacted]24 Thank you, Mrs. Samantha Southwick

I am experiencing issues trying to set my PlayStation as the primary device. Despite no other account being activated, the system indicates it is. When attempting to change this, it fails to acknowledge my PS4. I confirmed only two devices are associated with my account; mine and my cousin's, but neither has set it as the primary console. Attempts to deactivate through the app are futile due to a 6-month restriction, which I believe I have not triggered. If this remains unresolved, I kindly request to have the account "matthew_sheehan9" deactivated on all devices for me to reactivate it later. Thank you.

I recently uploaded my saved data to online storage, and now I am attempting to download it onto another console. Although the data downloads correctly for the game I need, when I launch the game application, it does not recognize any save data. I'm experiencing this issue with Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. I've taken several steps to try and resolve it: ensured the game and system software are up to date, redownloaded the game fully, attempted to rebuild system data, set my account as the primary on the PS4, deleted system saved game data and redownloaded from online storage, switched users, refreshed licenses, and even reinstalled the latest update. Despite seeking help on various forums, I haven't received any responses yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

On Christmas, my son received a Playstation gift card. I guided him in adding it to the account and purchasing a new game through my phone app. However, while searching for the game, I accidentally entered a suspicious website. My phone warned me about the site being suspicious, so I stopped the download. Soon after, my bank contacted me about multiple unauthorized charges. Concerned, I canceled the card, and the bank assured me they would investigate and refund the money. Upon further investigation, I realized the charges were made by my son inadvertently using my bank card instead of his gift card. The bank's investigation led to a ban on my account with Playstation. This ban is a misunderstanding. I seek assistance in having it lifted.

I am experiencing an issue with my PS4. My primary account is set on another PlayStation, but today, that console cannot access any of the purchased games, indicating that I have been logged out as the primary account. As a result, none of my PlayStations are currently set as the primary device. When attempting to set my second PS4 as the primary console to access my purchased items, I encounter an error message stating, "Cannot activate this system as your primary PS4. Your account is already activated on another system as the primary PS4. To activate this system, you need to deactivate the other system." Upon visiting Sony to deactivate all devices to start fresh, I discovered that I had already done so within the past 6 months and am unable to repeat the process at this time.

My PlayStation account got banned, likely due to a transaction made during a hacking incident. The hacker accessed my account for three months, locking all my downloaded games. After finally regaining access, every game I had required my login info, stating my system is banned. I cannot use the PlayStation store or online features. I believe my ban is unjust as it was not my doing. I have invested a substantial amount of money in games for my PS4. I am hoping to have my account reinstated so I can access my purchased games and restore my system. Thank you.

Subject: Issue with PlayStation Store Purchases Hello Leanne, Thank you for reaching out to us about the purchases made through the PlayStation Store by your child. After looking into your concerns, we found that your child made purchases totalling £[redacted].91 on Fortnite from 25/12/[redacted] to 26/12/[redacted]. We understand the importance of parental controls on the PlayStation Network (PSN) for ensuring a safe experience for young users. While we offer tools like family account structures and passcode settings to prevent unauthorized purchases, it appears these measures were not utilized in this case. As per our policy, we do not typically issue refunds for digital content that has been downloaded or consumed. It is specified in our terms of service, which were agreed upon when the account was created. We recommend reviewing and adjusting your account settings to enhance security, such as setting up passcodes and passwords to prevent unauthorized access and purchases. Additionally, consider creating a child family member account with the correct birthdate to manage their access to the network. For more guidance on setting up family accounts and parental controls, please visit the following links: [Links provided] Feel free to explore our online account management services for further assistance at [Redacted]. I am experiencing a problem with all my Dualshock 4 controllers where both trigger buttons are unresponsive during games or on the menu screen. The only time they work is when I am typing, as I can use R2 to capitalize letters. I attempted to reinstall the update file through Safe Mode, reset the controllers, reset my router, and followed all the steps on the support page. I conversed with several PS4 representatives via chat, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.
