I purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare ([redacted]) on pre-order from GameStop in disc format. However, when attempting to play Special Ops, an error message appears indicating that I have not downloaded the DLC pack. Upon clicking "ok," it redirects me to the PlayStation store, which displays "this content cannot be loaded at this time." Despite not facing any WiFi connectivity problems, independently searching the store does not yield any results for the missing content.

Hello, I'm facing an issue with my PS4 as it has the white light of death, possibly due to a faulty HDMI port. I recently purchased a new PS4 Slim but am unable to access my account because two-step verification is activated. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old phone number and did not update my new number for two-step verification. I also don't have access to backup codes. My username is mikkoninja and my security answer is "Brave." The serial number of my old PS4 is MB[redacted]24, and my previous phone number was [redacted]. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter as I don't want to lose my downloaded games on this account. My new contact number is [redacted]. I am experiencing a PlayStation network problem with my console. I recently switched my broadband provider from Virgin Media to Sky. My internet connection tests indicate everything is functioning correctly. However, whenever I am playing games or communicating online, I lose connectivity to the PSN within 10 minutes. This issue only occurs during online activities. Even though my internet connection seems stable, as soon as I try to play games online or join a party, the problem reoccurs.

We subscribed to PS Plus for the first time last Christmas in [redacted]. This year, for Christmas, we purchased a new card for our son since his subscription was due to expire on December 25, [redacted]. Unexpectedly, I discovered a charge of $61 on my Visa without any prior notice. I was surprised by this automatic deduction by PlayStation without receiving an email notification or any warning on the platform. I had just spent $70 on a new PS Plus card, and ending up paying twice was financially burdensome for me. I believe the lack of warning is unjust and unfair. I hope to receive a refund for the charge on my Visa so that we can use the PS Plus card we intended for our son's Christmas gift to renew the service.

I recently noticed a charge of €55.17 on my PayPal account for a billing payment that I did not authorize. On April 5th, I changed the password for my PS4 account and attempted to purchase a game, but the transaction did not go through, and I did not set up any billing order. Despite contacting PayPal to cancel the billing address, I would like a full refund as I have emails from that time period confirming I did not agree to the charge and am unfamiliar with what it is for.

While playing a game solo, another player initiated an argument with me that escalated. I received a final angry message from them. I'm frustrated as I have spent a considerable amount on the play store. The player instigating the issue reported me unfairly. Now, I am suspended and unable to access my account due to password issues and encountered errors while trying to resolve it. Reflecting on this experience, I am contemplating switching to Xbox.

I accidentally purchased a 1-year PlayStation Plus Subscription for £49.99 on the incorrect account. I haven't used any online play or storage through this subscription. I am requesting a full refund. I have filled out a refund form under the subscription section on the PlayStation website but have not received a response after two days. Hello, I’m Brad, and my PSN account name is STILL-_-AHUNTER. I have a couple of complaints. Firstly, I redeemed a code, but I didn't receive the $10. Secondly, I purchased two Call of Duty "Black Ops 7" zombie maps that I couldn't locate. After buying another map and encountering the same issue, I purchased the complete COD game with bundle and zombie map packs, but it still didn't work. I've been patiently waiting for a resolution, so I hope these issues can be resolved soon without further delay.

I am looking to transfer my old online ID to my new email address. My previous account was samwisefranchise, which I have now updated to masterflavor. I am trying to switch my current account, samwar94, to samwisefranchise. Despite changing my old ID, when I attempted to select "samwisefranchise" for the new account, it showed as unavailable, even though it is no longer active. I accidentally bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 using my son's profile on our new PS4. I deleted his profile to retain parental control, but this action removed the game. Is it possible to transfer the game to my (parent) profile without repurchasing it? Thank you.

I recently tried to log into my PS4, but it stated I was logged out. Upon entering my password, it seemed to have been changed. I did not make any changes to my account. I attempted to recover it, but was prompted for my date of birth, which I am uncomfortable providing on such platforms. I inputted a random date when I initially created the account and now cannot recall it. PlayStation requires my accurate date of birth to reset the password. I need assistance in resolving this issue.

I need help with my PlayStation 3. It can connect to the internet, but not to the PlayStation Network. This problem has been ongoing for six days. Unfortunately, I haven't received assistance from PlayStation Support. I'm considering buying a PS4, but the lack of support is discouraging. I recently discovered a charge of $59.99 on my card dated 25/12/[redacted]. It appears to be for a 12-month membership for my son's PS4. I have never authorized this method of payment, as I usually purchase it at GameStop as a holiday gift, which I did this year. I recently bought [redacted] Call of Duty Modern Warfare Points. After using some points on a season pass, I received an error message when trying to activate the battle pass. Despite trying to claim a free item to gain a tier, I encountered the same error. Consequently, my account remains at level 20 without the battle pass active. Regrettably, I have forgotten both the password associated with the account and the email address, which is "[redacted]" I am becoming anxious as I fear losing all the progress and achievements in various games linked to my account when my current PlayStation 4 console eventually stops working. I am aware that transferring the account to a new email would require some form of verification, which I fully understand. I am willing to provide any necessary confirmation. My PlayStation account got banned, so I had to restart all my games like GTA and Fortnite. I'm hoping to recover my Fortnite and Grand Theft Auto accounts. My banned PlayStation ID was pkeys[redacted], and my current ID is PaulKeys-_- . I encountered a player named THEDEMONKINGHERO in Red Dead Redemption 2 online. Unfortunately, during a hideout, they started griefing me and used offensive language, including racial slurs and inappropriate comments about my family. I mentioned my parents are deceased but they continued with disrespectful behavior towards my friends who joined the game. I am requesting actions to be taken against this player for their behavior.

A few days ago, I was playing a game on my PS4 when suddenly the console shut down. Initially, I didn't think much of it, but after restarting, it shut down again when trying to play with a friend. The error code I received was CE-[redacted]-8. I followed all the recommended steps to resolve the issue, including changing extension cords and using a different cable from my brother's PS4, but nothing worked.
