While I was away, I allowed my brother to use my PlayStation account and play Fifa. Unfortunately, during a match, he got into a disagreement with another player and reported them for spamming. Despite not using inappropriate language, the PSN system misinterpreted the report as false and permanently banned my account. Even though I was recently unbanned for a month, the previous suspension may have led to this permanent ban. I believe this situation is unjust as I have always followed the guidelines to ensure a safe gaming environment. I kindly request a thorough review of this issue and the removal of the permanent ban on my account, as I have not engaged in any activities warranting such action.

I am a PlayStation 4 user with the PSN ID Warbound316. Recently, I responded to a spam message on PSN and was then logged out of my account on the console. It seems like my account might have been hacked because my friends started telling me they received messages from my account. Now, when I try to log in, it says I have been banned. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible. I'm not sure why I was banned, as it seems my account was accessed by someone else.

I suspect someone has gained unauthorized access to my account, resulting in my ban. When I attempted to log in, I discovered that my account information had been altered, including my username and date of birth, which has consequently locked me out. The username for the affected account is Grimkiller47, and the associated email is [redacted] The password for this account is U.s.Redman1992. The correct date of birth on file should be 12-14-[redacted]. I kindly request assistance in recovering my account or completely deleting all associated information. Thank you.

This morning, my PS4 account got suspended for "pornographic images." While playing Madden, some kids in the game chat were harassing me, and I retaliated by sending them a random inappropriate image. I regret my actions, and I am looking to appeal against the 30-day suspension. I hope to share my side of the story to clarify the situation. I preordered "Discover University" for Sims 4 and it's now available. However, I'm being prompted to repurchase the entire add-on. After checking my bank account, I noticed two separate transactions for ordering 2 add-ons on the same day, totaling $42.79. I seem to have paid for an expansion pack that I shouldn't have. Is this due to it being released today, or could there be another issue causing this discrepancy?

I made sure to disable the auto-renewal option for my PlayStation subscription. However, I was surprised to find out that you still charged me for a one-year subscription. I haven't used my PlayStation in months due to taking care of my wife during her cancer treatment. If I decided to renew, I would have done it at a more convenient time. I have been receiving notifications on my slim console for the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 application prompting me to remove the disk and delete the application. Despite following these steps repeatedly, the issue persists. I attempted to reinitialize the console, purchased the game from the store, and discontinued using the disk, but the problem remains. Currently, my system is frozen and unable to run any game or application. I purchased the console on December 26th, [redacted], nearly a year ago. After downloading Spider-Man, I encountered severe lag, unlike with other games. Following a PS4 restart, a corrupt database error surfaced, leading me to recreate the database in safe mode to access my account. Even after uninstalling Spider-Man, my system continued to freeze and crash while navigating or launching games. I attempted updating in various ways, but the issue persisted. Reinitializing the system only led to more crashes, with the error message "cannot access system storage" appearing. Despite it stating the system was up to date, I couldn't get it to recognize discs and it consistently crashed. I simply wish to enjoy my games and movies without these disruptions.

I was banned approximately a month or two ago. Despite my attempts to contact support, I received no clarification. My suspension appears to be related to a PS3, a console I have not owned for years. I kindly ask for an investigation into the IP address associated with the device that led to my account suspension. I am confident that a review will reveal that I am not responsible for the actions leading to the ban. I have been an active user on the platform for nearly five years and have made significant investments in it over time.

Yes, I have two accounts - one for my son, [redacted], and one for myself, [redacted] I contacted PlayStation about unauthorized charges from another account less than a month ago. Both my son's and my accounts have authorizations, but now my son's account is unexpectedly locked. I am seeking information on why this has happened. I previously informed the bank, and charges from PlayStation for our accounts were legitimate. It appears another individual made numerous unauthorized charges in a single day.

My PlayStation Network username is amadoni19, and I recently received a ban for violating community guidelines. However, I believe this ban is unjust as I have not used any vulgar language, uploaded videos or audio, or directed abuse at other users. The only comment I made about others was referring to them as clowns, which I believe does not warrant a 7-day ban. Hello, I recently purchased the HITMAN 2 expansion pass on my PS4 for $59.95. However, after searching my PS4 for an hour, I can't seem to find it. Even though the game shows that the two missions requiring the expansion are purchased, the content is not accessible within the game itself. I attempted to re-download a game I'd deleted (Star Wars Battlefront 2), but every time I try, an X appears over the download bar and I keep getting error code CE-[redacted]-8.
