My son's account got suspended for actions he didn't commit, and now he can't access his games. He is artistic, and all he wished for Christmas were more PS4 games, a new controller, and a headset. I bought him all these gifts, but he can't enjoy them. This Christmas is turning out to be the worst for him. I need to find a way to explain how the PS4 can expose him to online bullying just like offline bullying. He will be heartbroken on Christmas day. I am with him all the time, so I am certain of his activities. Why is there no investigation into this issue?

There was a debit card linked to my account which belongs to my dad. While playing on my PlayStation, I noticed four charges: £7.99, £7.99, £7.99, and £15.99. I did not authorize these transactions and believe they may have been made in error. The name on the credit card is Salim Darwan for verification. I kindly request a prompt response to address this issue. If feasible, could we arrange for a refund and reverse the transactions on my account? My PSN ID is Rayhan Darwan or RayhanD_21. Thank you.

I attempted to launch Titanfall 2, but it repeatedly crashed with an error. I decided to uninstall it to reinstall again. However, now I am unable to download it at all. When I access the library to redownload, there is a white loading bar over the game suggesting it's downloading something. But when I click on it, it only displays "start," and upon clicking that, it claims it cannot find the application. Then it redirects me to the store, and the loop repeats itself.

I am a member of the crew ERADICATE ALL OPPS. Ypuil has been making sexually explicit remarks for approximately four weeks, threatening to harm me. I have reported this behavior during a call and wanted to confirm the action taken.

Hello, my username is jdwars3. I have been experiencing ongoing harassment of a sexual nature from another player named ypuil in the game GTA *. I am a part of the ERADICATE ALL OPPS crew. Ypuil has been subjecting me to inappropriate remarks for approximately * weeks, including threats to perform sexual acts and invade my privacy by tracking my IP address. I have reported this behavior during a call, and I am seeking confirmation of the report. I am requesting that ypuil be banned from the game for at least a month due to his disturbing behavior.

I am having trouble logging into my Sony PS4 because I forgot my password. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to guess the correct password. When I clicked on the "forgot my password" option, I received a link to reset it through my email. However, I am struggling to answer the security questions required for the password reset. Interestingly, my PS FIFA account is working correctly as I can access it through the web app without any issues. It is worth noting that my email address is the same for both accounts.

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my PlayStation Store account. I had $20 in my wallet balance to purchase Black Ops 3 Zombie Chronicles Edition before it goes off sale. However, when I tried to proceed to checkout, I was prompted to choose a payment method despite having sufficient funds in my wallet. I encountered a PS4 error code, specifically error NP-[redacted]-1. It seems PlayStation does not have any solutions or cases in their system related to this error. I believe this issue arose when I left and rejoined a party with SharePlay enabled. Since then, I am unable to exit the party and stuck in a non-existent one. I am unable to join other parties to leave or disconnect my WiFi to exit this state. I am in urgent need of a resolution to enjoy gaming and communicating with my friends, but all attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful.

My account got banned due to chargebacks totaling $24.99. I was advised to buy a PSN gift card to settle the debt in the PlayStation Store and regain access to my account. However, I have the gift card now but can't access the PlayStation Store to redeem it. I just want to resolve this issue so I can repay the chargeback and access my account again.

I primarily play Fifa 20 on the PS4. Yesterday, when I tried to access online features, I encountered an issue with the PlayStation Network. My PS4 is unable to connect, preventing me from using any online features. Despite attempting to resolve the problem by rebooting both my router and PS4, as well as seeking advice online, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. Hello, my PSN account is dagursturluson, and I recently purchased [redacted] COD Points for the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare game. I noticed that the transaction is not reflecting in the game. I checked on the PlayStation website under Services List, and although the purchase was there, the "Remaining" section only showed 1, indicating it hasn't transferred into the game. This morning, I received an email stating that my account was reported for inappropriate language. The individual who reported me had messaged me first after I tried to play a specific map on Dead by Daylight. They disconnected from the game, causing everyone to be kicked out, and then proceeded to blame me for ruining the fun for others. They criticized my gameplay and deliberately tried to provoke me to get my account reported. I apologize for my language but request that they receive a warning for harassing me. If this person frequently reports others after initiating contact, I suggest their account be suspended as well. Unfortunately, I don’t have their username, but I hope to work together to identify them. Thank you.

I'm currently unable to access my [redacted] email account. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to recover the password due to the security questions asking for the last 4 emails sent. My username is RikkRadd, and I have had this account for a long time. Last Christmas in Delta BC, I purchased a PS4 for my son, HotsauceOneTwoThree, using my old PSN account. Previously, I typically used passwords like Rikkradd1 or Luckyboy1, but had to change it recently and cannot recall the new one. I've tried to address this through live chat, but I lack the necessary information they request, including specific card details.

I would like to request a refund for my PlayStation 4 due to extreme latency issues that render the console unusable. Pressing buttons on the controller does not result in immediate actions and often causes delays and incorrect responses. This problem has been present since I purchased the system on the release date. I expect a refund within 24 hours or will take further action based on the user agreement. Thank you.

I purchased a PS4 for my son on December 26, [redacted], and have been managing the account and payments for him. Initially, we had trouble setting up the account with the correct information since he was playing but I was handling the payments. On August 8 of this year, I attempted to resolve the issue, only to realize that I have not been receiving payment statements via email since August. My email address is [redacted] while my son's is [redacted], and the account is under vMcBuckets$. Originally, I intended to be the owner of the account to monitor gaming time and manage payments, but due to a mix-up during setup, he ended up using my email instead of creating his own account with his email information. For security reasons, we updated his game account with his email in August to separate the information. However, I am now unable to access the account to set gaming parameters or make payments for him to use as gifts. Last night, when I tried to log in with my email, I was unable to due to an error with the email or password. Despite attempting to reset the password, I did not receive the follow-up email required. I want to regain access to my account for billing purposes and set up gaming limitations if possible.

I am having trouble accessing my PlayStation account. I remember my 'sign in ID' and password, but I am unable to proceed past the 2-step verification since I no longer have access to the mobile number linked to my account. I am also not signed in on any other device to retrieve any codes. I am at a loss on how to resolve this issue.

I am logged into my EA account but it won't let me play online. I renewed my online membership yesterday by entering the code successfully. However, when I tried to go online, I received a message stating: "In order to verify your identity, we will send you a code to your preferred method below." It then asks me to choose how I would like to receive the code, but the email address displayed is not mine. I need assistance with this issue as I am currently unable to access online gameplay until this is resolved.

I recently encountered an issue with my PlayStation after checking out the new Minecraft update. Despite following the proper shutdown procedure, when I returned after half an hour, my PS wouldn't turn on. Even after trying various troubleshooting methods suggested online and seeking help from PlayStation, the problem persists. The console's light strip only briefly turns blue before going black, and the disc won't eject. After my PS4 encountered a power interruption during a system software update, it ended up in Safe Mode. Following a YouTube video's instructions, I reset the defaults, keeping my game installations but logging me out of my PS account. Struggling to log back in, I reset the password which inadvertently logged me out of all my devices. Although Two-Step Verification was in place with my correct phone number, I am not getting verification codes. My phone number hasn't changed since setting this up. I am locked out of my account due to not receiving the Two-Step Verification codes. How can I resolve this issue and regain access to my account? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello! I attempted to access the PlayStation app on my phone, but encountered an issue after entering the code from the text message stating there was a server problem. Subsequently, when I tried logging in on my PS4, I continued to face difficulties with accessing PSN, receiving an NP-[redacted]-8 error.
