Your “*-step verification” sent through text even though I KNOW MY OWN INFORMATION and it still needs to be verified is severely flawed. I need to input a code that is sent to a mobile device’s number that I haven’t had for nearly a year. Your process for me to access my own account to utilize my PlayStation plus THAT I PAY FOR is ridiculous. The frustration derives from my calling and not talking to another HUMAN BEING, but a voice recorder that hangs up on me. I want to be contacted immediately so I may play the games I spend money on.*(***) ***-****.*I want to actually, verbally speak with someone who is in charge and that can actually fix this. A whole month gone and I know it won’t be refunded. So at least have the decency to take action and engage with your customers, not steer customers to your website.
