Good afternoon. I recently received an email about a purchase on Playstation that I was not aware of. Playstation charged $7 to my PSN wallet and automatically renewed my PS PLUS subscription without my permission. I believe Playstation should reach out to customers before charging them. Can I request a refund for this transaction? I don't wish to continue my membership. I suggest contacting them via email or a PSN message if phone communication fails.

I am currently facing issues with my account being banned due to unauthorized purchases. Several unauthorized charges were made on my debit card, which I did not make. I mainly use my account to purchase games, particularly GTA 5, as it helps me relieve stress after work. I have been a loyal customer of PlayStation since the beginning, and I sincerely hope that they can reinstate my account. I assure you that this situation will not occur again in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I'm having trouble reaching PlayStation as none of the numbers seem to be working. My bank advised me to contact PlayStation because there was an issue with my boys making a purchase yesterday. The first transaction went through, but the second one had an error and resulted in six payments being taken. Fortunately, my son didn't spend the money that was mistakenly deducted. My bank has requested that I email PlayStation with the information I have in order to have the funds returned to my account.

A stranger claimed he had my information, took control of my gaming accounts (YouTube-proffesor and Professor-Sweatz), and accessed my friends' accounts. Desperately seeking help to recover my accounts, I can provide details about the original email addresses and passwords. My mother's credit card information is linked to the account; I fear the person may have used it. I am devastated and only 11 years old. Please, can the account be suspended? I play Fortnite, and my mom invested significantly in it. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble logging in. The system says my account is locked due to too many failed sign-in attempts or that I need to reset my password for security reasons. I was supposed to receive an email about resetting my password, but it was sent to my old email address (my school email, which has since been disabled). As a result, I am unable to log in because I can't access my old email to change my password.

I've reached out to PlayStation twice via email and made about a dozen phone calls regarding my suspended account. My confusion stems from being reported by another player after an incident in-game, which escalated when they created a message group with me. This happened on a difficult day for me as I had just lost my 18-year-old dog. Despite this, I'm still being charged for my PSN subscription without access to my account. I'm hoping for one of three resolutions, but receiving a response seems unlikely. I'm requesting either a refund for the 7 days of restricted access, the suspension of the player who reported me (PSN: hippo152006), or for my own suspension to be lifted. The lack of consideration in handling this situation has been truly disrespectful. It would mean a lot to me to receive a response.

Yesterday at work, I received an email notifying me that a kid account was added to my PlayStation, followed by emails indicating purchases were made without my authorization. I promptly contacted my bank during lunch, and the funds were deducted. I'm seeking a refund as I'm unaware of the individual responsible for these actions. I've already updated my password. Despite my attempts to reach PlayStation support, the line has been consistently busy, advising to call back later.

I was banned for an unauthorized purchase, where my debit card was mistakenly charged ten times. I have only played games under this account, particularly GTA 5, which helps me relieve stress. I've been a loyal PlayStation customer since the beginning and I am just seeking a chance to resolve this issue and have my account back.

On September 6th, I attempted to buy VC points for 2k20 for $9.99, but the system displayed an error message stating it couldn't connect to the server, resulting in an unsuccessful purchase. This occurred twice. To proceed, I went to the PlayStation store assuming it was a 2k20 server issue and bought the VC for $9.99. Although this purchase was successful, it didn't reflect on my 2k account. Waking up on Saturday, September 7th, I discovered three charges of $9.99 each on my account. I should only be charged for the successful transaction, not the two unsuccessful ones. Therefore, I request a refund for the two $9.99 charges.

I am distressed to report an issue with a recurring $60 charge that was previously resolved. Last year, I was mistakenly charged for a subscription that I did not make. After contacting customer service, I received a refund and was assured the subscription was canceled due to an error. However, my card has once again been charged $60 for a subscription I did not authorize. The Order Number is [redacted]21 under the name Anthony Cruz, Online ID: Son_Ghost-Face, Date Purchased: 09/08/[redacted] @ 01:35 PM. I kindly request immediate assistance in rectifying this recurring problem.

Hello, I'm looking to recover my accounts from a previous PlayStation. I've tried contacting the individual with my old PlayStation to remove my account, so I can link it to my new console. However, I haven't heard back. Can you assist in recovering my accounts? The account names are "workhardplayh900" and "jazzieyoung44." The associated emails are [redacted] for "workhardplayh900" and [redacted] for "jazzieyoung44."

My PSN account was hacked, and unauthorized purchases were made on my credit card. I reported it to my bank, received a refund for the charges, and got my account back with the help of Playstation support. Unfortunately, after a couple of days, my account was banned again. The error message mentioned a ban due to funds reversal, despite them being aware that my account was compromised. I'm puzzled about why I'm banned once more.

I noticed a charge of $65.09 from PlayStation Network on my recent bank statement. I'm positive I didn't authorize this transaction. I suspect my grandson could have possibly used my debit card without my knowledge. Despite him denying it, I strongly believe he's not being truthful. I cannot afford this charge, which he's aware of. I would like a reimbursement to my debit card and to deactivate his account. According to my granddaughter, his name is Austin Abbott. The last four digits of my Mastercard are [redacted], and the transaction in question appears to be dated on Sept. 1 but only cleared on Sept. 3, [redacted]. For your reference, my name on the card is Jenny L. Miller, and our zip code is [redacted]. My email is [redacted] If needed, I can obtain his email or any other necessary details. Thank you, Jenny Miller

My son has encountered issues on his account with younger, immature players. He's being falsely reported for actions he hasn't committed and facing consequences as a result. While I understand that it's not feasible to investigate every incident, it's frustrating that players can report others without valid reasons. The reliance on message content to assess reports may not always reveal the truth, leading to unfair repercussions such as account bans or suspensions. Many young players engage in this behavior, causing undue harm to innocent players. My son and his friends have suffered suspensions or bans, despite our efforts to monitor his activities and ensure compliance with PlayStation's terms. I urge PlayStation to address this problem and prevent baseless reports. It's concerning that immature players can easily harm others without sufficient evidence. Thank you, a concerned mother.

Recently, a guy named Calley Rush (username: DuppyTTV) threatened to hack my account, and shortly after, I was disconnected from the game. The next morning, my mum noticed unauthorized payments from her bank account, which I linked to the incident. She must have contacted customer support, leading to the account being banned. Now, whenever I try to sign in, I receive an error message (WS-[redacted]-7) stating that access has been restricted due to violations. I am hoping for assistance in resolving this issue promptly so that I can continue to enjoy gaming.

Hello. I would like to start by acknowledging that when I created my PSN account, I was a young individual who made some mistakes. My PSN Online ID was Darkness-in-me45, and the email associated with it was [redacted] Back then, I inputted a false birthdate, claiming to be 18, which I now realize violated the Terms of Service. I used to enjoy playing bo2 regularly and now wish to access that account again. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the password and need the birthdate I initially used to reset it. I understand my error in providing inaccurate information. Despite feeling like I may not have any options, I still want to try to recover the account. Is there any assistance available to help resolve this issue?

I encountered an issue with my PS4. Initially stuck in safe mode loop due to an error code, I resolved it by initializing the system and redownloading games. While downloading more games in rest mode, upon checking, only the blue wave background appeared. I restarted the system, and now it constantly flashes a blue light without fully starting up. I attempted safe mode restart, USB software update, reinitialization, among others, to no avail. Seeking assistance to repair the issue or replace the unit.

On my son's birthday, 23/08/19, we attempted to add funds to his account for Fortnite, but couldn't due to a payment password we didn't have. We mistakenly added funds to the wrong account and PlayStation support wouldn't refund it. After contacting my bank, they initiated a chargeback for £30×2 instead of £35 as requested. Now, both accounts are suspended, and my bank charged £60. I'm willing to repay £45 and request the ban be lifted on my son's new account.

My account got banned due to chargebacks I didn't know about. In the past, I faced troubles buying games due to insufficient funds, even though I loaded more money than the game's price. I only purchase games I plan to keep, but I'm unsure if I still have the cards I used for these purchases because I use disposable prepaid cards. I don't retain them after using them. I can't check my purchase history as my account is banned. I've been a satisfied PS4 customer for years and rarely had issues with Sony. I'm eager to have my account reinstated to enjoy online gaming and use my PS Plus subscription without losing paid days due to the ban.

I pre-ordered Borderlands 3, and it was supposed to launch for us pre-orders yesterday, September 12. When I tried to access it in the PlayStation store, I couldn't find it in my library or on the console's main menu. Although the store indicated that it was downloaded, I receive an unfamiliar error code when I try to launch it. Despite my attempts to fix this issue for hours, I've had no success. When I check the website and log in to my PSN account to view my download list, it just says "In Download Queue." Furthermore, it mentions waiting for other downloads to finish first, even though there aren't any other downloads in progress. Additionally, my PlayStation library shows as offline in the top right corner. Thank you for your assistance.
