I am facing an issue with playing downloaded games due to a licensing problem. I have two PS4 consoles, one in my living room and one in my bedroom. I recently set my living room console as the primary PS4 so I could have guests play games there. However, when I tried to play a new game on my non-primary bedroom console, I found that it was locked and inaccessible. I want to be able to play in my bedroom without disturbing my wife's friends in the living room. Despite logging in with my account that owns the games, all content remains locked in the bedroom console.

Hello, I go by the PSN username DeadHive. While playing with my friends, I received harassment through PlayStation messages. I was called a hurtful term that goes against the guidelines. As a member of the LGBT community, this behavior is distressing. Upon reporting this person, they continued to harass me, leading to me being unfairly banned for 30 days. I cannot currently afford to renew my PS+ subscription and was eagerly awaiting the new DLC for the game my friends and I enjoy playing. It's disheartening to be banned when I was the one facing harassment and simply trying to address it. I kindly request to be unbanned as I did not engage in harassment. Your understanding on this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My account was unexpectedly banned without my knowledge. I have not used my PlayStation console in nearly a year, and my younger siblings informed me that my account was compromised by a hacker on a GTA V server. This situation is unacceptable, especially since I have been a loyal Sony customer for over a decade. It is concerning that my siblings cannot even enjoy their games on the console without my supervision. They only play three games, and from what I know, this is not the first time hackers have targeted my account. According to my sibling, two hackers infiltrated my account - one, who openly admitted to being 15 years old, hacked my account for my "Brawlhalla" account, which I had to recover, and the other hacker from a GTA V server disrupted my sibling's gaming experience. This injustice has never happened before as my account was never banned, and I did not receive any notification emails. My siblings were deeply affected by the incidents involving these two hackers who managed to access our IP and IP Provider. I am considering legal action if this issue is not resolved promptly, as I have invested a significant amount of money in this account, and it should not be compromised due to inadequate security measures against malicious individuals.

I noticed some unauthorized charges on my bank account related to my gaming purchases. I recently transitioned to gaming on my PC and am no longer using my PlayStation console. I haven't logged into my account for a while, and I'm certain that the charges on the following dates were made after I had canceled my subscription: 6/29 - $14.99 7/29 - $14.99 8/28 - $14.99 8/27 - $24.99 I believe these charges were made for a renewing PSN Plus subscription. I was unable to use the product as I hadn't logged in during that timeframe except for streaming services like Netflix. As a long-time user for about a decade, I've always had positive experiences with your support team, and I hope this issue can be resolved, preferably with a refund. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased my PS4 from GameStop in February, and it was running fine until recently. While playing, it suddenly froze. I could access the home screen briefly before that froze as well. Despite trying to shut it down properly, it wouldn't respond, so I had to unplug it. After rebooting, it took a long time to load, so I rebooted again and rebuilt the database. This fixed the issue temporarily, but it froze again. This cycle repeated a couple more times until I opted to reset the system. It seemed better, and I even downloaded some games and played for a while. However, after about an hour, the game's sound disappeared, leading to another freeze. Trying to close the game caused the entire system to freeze. At that point, I decided to stop troubleshooting and write this message.

Upon checking my email, I discovered a message from Sony PlayStation informing me that my account sign-in ID has been changed without my authorization. Hello, my name is Rashad Saunders. My house was burglarized in August [redacted], and my Playstation 4 was stolen. I bought a new Playstation 4 in September [redacted], but I couldn't sign in to my account ALLSEINGEYE322 with the email [redacted] When I checked my email, I saw that Sony sent me a message saying my sign-in ID or email address had been changed without my permission. I never authorized this change. The person who altered my email or sign-in ID is a fraud or imposter. I am the only one with the account information, so I am confused how this happened. I had a PlayStation account that I cherished, earned trophies, and spent money on games like Fortnite. After a few months of not using it, I returned to find my account banned. I suspect it might be due to accidentally purchasing a $15 Fortnite pack with another person's credit card, which I promptly resolved. I reached out to Sony about this but received no response. While playing my game one day, the system suddenly shut down. I was confused and decided to wait it out. Later, when I tried to log back into my account, I found out it was banned. Upon checking the email linked to my account, I discovered that my PlayStation Plus subscription was set to auto-renew without sufficient funds, leading to charges on my mom's credit card. This made her think she was hacked and led to the withdrawal of funds, putting me in debt. After contacting Sony headquarters, I was advised to purchase a PlayStation Network card, which unfortunately did not work. I later found out I needed a PlayStation Store card, which successfully unbanned my account temporarily. However, it got banned again a week later. After his threats, my internet has become extremely slow preventing me from playing. I enjoy gaming as my primary hobby, and this unfair behavior has disrupted my experience. Hello, I need assistance with a troubling situation while playing GTA V online. This player has not only been verbally racist in the in-game chat but has also threatened to hack my account and disrupt my internet connection, which now appears to be significantly slower, preventing me from accessing GTA V online due to error codes. I am reaching out about my son's PlayStation Network account, which was taken by someone who bullied him into sharing his account username and password. This individual then changed the password and locked my son out of his account, causing him to lose access to everything. I understand that PlayStation security is tight, but I am hoping you can assist me in recovering my son's account. When I initially connected my PS4 in January [redacted], I mistakenly linked my AOL email to my console, which in turn linked my information to Ubisoft for "For Honor." Now, I need to unlink the old AOL account from my PS4 as I've been using a different email address for my Ubisoft account. Despite having access to the old AOL account information, I've been unable to receive a confirmation mail from Ubisoft after multiple attempts. I am requesting assistance to unlink the AOL account from your end so I can link my Gmail account to my real Ubisoft account, which has multiple games tied to it. Additionally, I'm unsure which email is associated with my PLUS membership, as it could be either [redacted] or [redacted] (the AOL account only connected to Ubisoft for the game "For Honor"). While playing Rainbow, a user named Insyanx stole my service and has been repeatedly causing trouble for other players. This behavior is unacceptable and deemed illegal in California, as it results in denial of service and disrupts internet connectivity for more than 3 minutes. I urge Sony to take action against this individual. It is crucial for Sony to address these issues and set an example to prevent future incidents. The lack of regulations in many states regarding such online crimes needs to be addressed. Sony’s reputation has been declining due to inadequate customer support, and it may impact the PS4 community. I hope to be part of a solution against these disruptions, which are easy to carry out with no consequences. While a ban on the user's console may be a start, further actions are necessary to prevent such misconduct from happening again. If Sony fails to act, I will pursue legal recourse as I refuse to tolerate harassment and derogatory language while being disconnected from the game. I implore PlayStation to lead a change in the gaming community and address these issues promptly.

I recently bought a PS+ membership using a code from a store. After a brief hiatus due to school commitments, I returned to find my Tekken game data corrupted, prompting a reset that I did not want. Subsequently, I encountered an error logging out when trying to play any game on my account after restarting my PS. Despite attempting to follow your data-saving suggestions online or on a USB flash drive, there appears to be no save data available. If I am at risk of losing all my game progress and work, I would like a refund for both my PlayStation and membership. I am unable to back up my data or play any games due to this issue, and I am apprehensive about following the deletion instructions on your service page to avoid losing progress on my local account.

Last night while watching YouTube on my PS4, the video started fast forwarding on its own, and my controller became unresponsive. When I tried to play a game, the buttons were not functioning correctly. I also noticed fluctuations in the battery indicator on the controller. Additionally, I encountered an error code. Currently, I am unable to use any applications, including YouTube and games. The controller works on the home screen, but not in games or apps. I attempted to troubleshoot in safe mode, but the controller won't sync properly. It only charges and briefly connects/disconnects when I press the PS button. I am perplexed by these issues as they occurred without any input from me. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem with my PS4.

I owned a Black Ops 3 disc and purchased a new one after misplacing the original. However, upon reinstalling the game, I am unable to access the $50 worth of DLC content. Although the content shows as purchased in the PlayStation store and allows me to download it, an error message stating "Cannot find the application" appears when I try to install it, redirecting me back to the store. I just need to repurchase the DLC, but the system shows it as already purchased.
