Hi, I created a psn account, I was under the age of ** and inserted a random birth date. I wanted to receive the ** day ps plus trial so I added a payment option. I then decided that I wanted to change the username*gamertag of my profile without paying money. So I decided to delete that account from my PS* and create a new one. With this new account I did the exact same things as mentioned above to create it( Still under the age of ** ). I went and turned off the auto renew for ps plus on my new profile, which till this day is my main profile, but completely forgot about it on my first account which I have already deleted. So now each month money is being taken out of my bank account for something I don't have access to and don't use. So in an attempt to login to my old account and turn off the auto renew on that one, I can't remember my password. I went to the reset password page and received the email, but the email they sent me didn't contain any instructions,guidelines or links on how to reset my password. Instead it said something about my sign in I'd has been reset successfully which I didn't do. Even if I did have the reset password link I wouldn't be able to verify since I had to use a random birth date, because I was under the age of **. Please help me because each month I am just losing*wasting money and this is starting to become something serious.**You asked me " How would PlayStation email me? " Well the sign in I'd for that account is *****@***.com but please don't email to that address since it is not my main email address. Please email to this one *****@***.com
