The issue in GetHuman1485830's own words
Every single time that I open Red Dead Redemption *, held within the loading screen, there are partial pixelated portions of the screen that appear to be distorted in comparison to the rest of the picture. Say there is a background of a snowy region, there will be a few symmetrical rectangles that display various colors in spots of the colored portion of that area displaying the picture. (It is not the TV* works fine with other games). Once loaded in, if I even have the opportunity to load in, I’ll be able to move my character around for a range of **-**ish seconds before I recieve an error in the application. The error is (CE-*****-*). Following this error on their website, it tells you to backup saved data, and then go to settings and down to ‘Initializaion’ and click on one of the options to initialize. This seems to be nonsensical because it would clear everything off of my PS* Pro. Unless I’m missing something here. But this error is the same every single time. It started when my TV wasn’t displaying the PS* through the tv via an HDMI cable. So, I tried to turn off my PS*, which wouldn’t turn off, and I tried messing around with the TV and nothing would seem to work properly. Because I wasn’t able to turn off the PS*, I decided to unplug the PS*, weary of the fact that doing so with the PlayStation on could potentially damage data and whatnot. So I believe this would be the first time that this has happened to me. On my prior PS* I would unplug while it’s on in some situations for different reasons. But the only thing that seems logical would be that the save associated with RDR* is damaged and has completely corrupted the game which brings a great deal of frustration considering the amount of time I’ve spent into the game thus far...I just didn’t know if there would be anything at all that I could do to revise the issue and go on my way.
