When I moved, I was under the impression my membership was no longer active because it stop withdrawing from my checking account so I became a member at a location near my new address. At the time, no one told me I still had an active membership elsewhere. Yesterday I went to go workout and was told by an employee that transferred to my location that I was not allowed to work out or tan because I have an account in another city that has a balance of $***??? I wasn’t even aware that I had another active account and why am I just now being told of it two years later? Today is the day my membership fee is supposed to be withdrawn. If I’m paying $** a month to work out and tan, why and how do I owe $*** to another location? Why wasn’t I informed that I had an active account when I signed up for the new one? Why am I just now being told about this? The employee, who was an assistant manager wouldn’t even help answer my questions or solve my issue. He just told me he couldn’t let me work out or tan with a balance at another location even though I’ve paid for this month at this location. And how are they going to turn me down after I’ve paid?
