I attempted to place an order online with Pizza Hut the total was for $**.** instead Pizza Hut attempt to two different amounts from my card * times in the amounts of $**.** and **.** I only but had $**.** on the card to order pizza. I called the Pizza Hut in Galveston ****** to place my order over the phone I placed the order and $**.** was taken from my account but was told by the manager that only $** and some change was taken from the card and I needed to pay the difference I was trying to explain to him what I was seeing on my end and he said he would just refund my money and hung up in my face before I could get a word out that was very rude and disrespectful. I’m confused as to why when I tried to order online more the the amount of my order was attempted to be taken and why was the manager so rude and disrespectful this is unacceptable if this is how you treat customers LaNeshia Wafer ********** now they say I gotta wait * to * days for my money back so I’m out of **.** and I still didn’t get my pizza this is
