I had a delivery in ******* at *:** with an estimated delivery of *:** for a medium pizza and Hershey pie. I called repeatedly from *:** to **:** to get a hold of someone in the store for an update. After being hung up on * times and placed on hold for ** minutes and then hung up on I finally got a hold of someone who thought it was “funny” that it said Carryout on my end but delivery on another. So instead of calling to verify they just didn’t do anything about it? I have the confirmation email and it says delivery with the address and everything. Armando (who I spoke with) said he could remake it but since there side said no delivery they didn’t deliver and left it on Carryout even though it was a “funny” order and no matter who I spoke with that would be the same answer. I’m just furious with the service I experience! I don’t mind waiting but waiting ** minutes pass the ** minutes of delivery and then being told I need to come and pick it up when I was charged a delivery fee and that it’s my error that caused this is just ridiculous and irresponsible on Pizza Hut. I will not be coming to store ***** **** E Fowler Ave. Tampa, Fl again. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced!
