August *, *****Attn: Customer Service Department*Pitney Bowes Global Financial Services LLC***** American Drive*Neenah, WI *****-******RE: Contract * A***********Quote * *********Case * **********To Whom It May Concern,**We received your letter dated August *, ****, in regards to the cancellation of our current lease agreement. Just to go over a few things that seem to be troubling me about this situation. We put in for a cancellation in June that was sent by Certified Mail June *, **** - delivered June *, ****, (Tracking Number: **********************) and two months later we are sent a cancellation letter? That was so you could throw in another invoice for the lease agreement (Invoice Number: **********) dated ********** – **********. We sent in this cancellation before the invoice was due (June **, ****) and under the assumption that someone there needed to do their job and cancel it, we have not one late fee for Invoice **********, but you have billed us for a late fee for our late fee (Invoice Number: **********). This is completely unnecessary and want this “past due” balance removed, it is not legitimate and this is some slimy scheme to dupe more money out of what the company probably assumed was an unaware customer.*Which brings me to my next point. We signed our existing lease on March **, ****, under the premise that we would be paying $*** quarterly for ** months. That hasn’t been the case. We have been billed for $*** since the commencement of this new contract. So from December **** until now we have paid an additional $*** over that time frame.*The other thing that troubles me about this is we signed a new agreement EIGHT months before it was to begin, which is a tactic you have tried forcing on us recently. We have received emails every other day reminding us to renew our contract that isn’t even up until MARCH ****?! But because your company has a history of pulling the rug out from under people, I can only imagine this was so you could take advantage of ripping us off with an increase in price ($**.**) on the quarterly billed rate for the lease.*After looking through previous bills I have discovered a number of things that do not add up including late fees on bills that were never received and being billed the same thing twice that our previous office manager paid without researching further. I think it is safe to say, the best thing for Pitney Bowes and for Paul Robinson, Inc., is for Pitney Bowes to cancel this agreement without penalty and fees, and for Pitney Bowes to send Paul Robinson, Inc. a return label for the postage meter equipment which we will gladly send back, and for any lingering balance due (for a lease that was already cancelled) to be removed from our account, so we have a balance of $*.**.**Sincerely,**Paul Robinson
