We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Philips Sonicare brush. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to replace the item directly. However, your brush head should fit securely onto the toothbrush handle. If it's loose, it might be worn out and require replacing, or it's possible that it's not the right model for your handle. We recommend purchasing a new brush head compatible with your model. If the issue continues, it could be a problem with the handle itself, and you may need to consider using the warranty if it's still valid. Please remember to replace your brush head every three months, or sooner if it shows signs of wear.

Philips Sonicare offers a range of brush heads compatible with their handles. If you have a Sonicare toothbrush model 220207 2C, it should be compatible with most Philips Sonicare toothbrush heads including the Sonicare C2 Optimal Plaque Control (formerly ProResults plaque control), G2 Optimal Gum Care, W DiamondClean (White), C3 Premium Plaque Control (Black), and many others. Please remember to confirm the specific compatibility before purchasing.
