On Nov ** **** I contacted the number in my Norelco shaver booklet to order replacement blades. The customer service took my request and ran my credit card. After a minute she told me the card was rejected. She also said it was not the card but the website rejecting cards. She told me it would take ** to ** hrs for someone to get back to me to and place the order. After the ** hr. Period no one contacted me. I called on Dec. * and was told it can take up to * days before someone would contact me. No on did. I called on Dec * and was told my customer service she was unable to help me because a different department would have unblock my credit . I was angry that I had waited for a response and none came. I asked to be connected to a Supervisor, was put on hold, and the told no one was available and my case number was sent to her attention. After waiting all day for a response to my concern of buying replacement blades not a single call was made...not from anyone who was to resolve the purchase nor a Supervisor who could expedite my order. *Why does it take * days to get a response or a call from a Supervisor. I am planning to write a formal complaint of my experience with Consumer Reports and hope others who were treated poorly by your customer service department write similar stories of poor service. Someone in authority should look into my case and fix the problem.
