Get customer service to respond to inquiry and repair and*or replace the shaver. ... I had to buy another Philips Single Blade Shaver recently because the original just stopped working, even after full charge and changing blades. The newly purchased shaver has done the same thing after only a few months use.
This is my second attempt to get a response from customer service either by chat, on-line email, or phone contact.
Replace shaver with new one.
I have been using Philips products for several years, three years using the One Blade shaver.
Fully charging unit several times, changing blades, cleaning unit.
I have an issue with Philips Norelco too
