I have sent many emails asking about the number for the company that had called and offered a gift card for subscribing to the paper. I haven't gotten not * response as well as since ordering my subscription I was delivered * paper and only whenever. Not * paper had coupons and I want to cancel my subscription completely and have the remaining money put back to me. I called about this one time and after that I have gotten no more papers and my neighbors all get theirs and my mother lives here and is on hospice, I am disabled. And I have a disabled grandson. And it has become a hassle to have another problem in my life. Please tell the delivery person to continue as they have ( by not delivering and acting as if me being a customer means nothing. I am done with customer services of companies who do not care about it being one canceled subscription. Sadly I hope for better, but won't be mistaken again. Please give me the name of the company who called so I can handle this stupid issue as well since you allow them to call on your behalf and make unkept promo offers and then the paper says they aren't responsible if that company falls through, What a way to **** people in? They called offered the promo and connected me directly to an operator who at no other time can I ask personally. Refund the *balanced paid and cancel my paper since I have only gotten * and no coupons inside? Really so let down by all of this!
