I did not receive my Saturday delivery of the Sunday sections and coupons. On Saturday, I was assured the carrier would return within 2 hours, but that did not happen. I received the normal Sunday delivery the next day, but Saturday's sections were missing. I have faced this issue too often, with coupons sometimes arriving a week late by mail. I am frustrated with this poor service, as I expect to receive what I pay for. If this continues, I may have to cancel my subscription and buy the paper from a retail vendor instead.

I receive my Inquirer via email during the week, but my Sunday paper is usually delivered to my doorstep. For the past three weeks, I have not received it, leading me to suspect that it might not be delivered or could potentially be stolen. I kindly request that the delivery person ensures it is placed directly at my front door rather than on the sidewalk by the street. This way, my security system can monitor if anyone attempts to take it. I believe it is unfair to pay for a service I am not receiving.
Thank you,
S.R.

For years, I have been facing ongoing delivery issues with the newspaper. Initially occurring once a month, the problem has escalated to happening almost weekly. While in the past, contacting the carrier directly would resolve the problem, recent attempts have been unsuccessful with no response. Resorting to reporting late deliveries when the paper doesn't arrive by 9-9:30 am, I have also tried reaching out to the District Supervisor, but like before, there has been no callback. Dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of attention to the issue, I am considering canceling subscriptions to both The Inquirer and NY Times. I urge for a prompt resolution to this matter and expect a follow-up call by the week's end; otherwise, cancelations will be necessary. Regards, David Schultz

During Hurricane Sandy, my parents' beach house had to be completely renovated, revealing newspapers from [redacted] being used as insulation. One paper I saved is a front section of a Sunday paper from July [redacted] with a picture of a couple by a river asking about rising water levels. I have preserved it in an Acid-Free box with paper between each page. I am wondering if anyone would be interested in viewing this [redacted]-year-old newspaper. If so, please let me know who I can contact or where I can visit to showcase it. Thank you. John H.

I am experiencing ongoing delivery issues with our newspaper. Once again, today I did not receive my delivery, which means I missed out on the Sunday supplements that are usually included. Despite contacting customer service and being assured of a delivery, the paper did not arrive. The lack of resolution to this recurring problem is disappointing. I am seeking a credit for today's paper and the missing supplements. It is frustrating that while emails acknowledge the issue, the responses only offer apologies without solving the problem. I, along with neighbors facing the same unreliable service, hope for a prompt resolution.

I am frustrated with the poor delivery service for my newspapers. This is the second time this week that I did not receive my paper. On Saturday, May 1st, I paid $2.35 at Wawa for the paper, but it was not delivered. Today, May 9th, I did not receive the paper again and will not purchase another one. It is disappointing to encounter such unreliable service. Every time I call, I am assured that a paper will be delivered, but it never arrives. I am starting to question the value of my subscription to the Inquirer, especially considering that many neighbors in my area are also experiencing delivery issues.

I was charged with a murder I did not commit and spent over a year in jail facing serious charges based on false witness testimony. Despite inconsistencies in the witnesses' statements, I was still unjustly accused. Witness #1 admitted he was coerced to identify me, while Witness #2 confessed he lied due to pressure and the offer of money. The prosecution's request for a lie detector test was inconclusive, and even the state police believed in my innocence. Thankfully, the case was eventually dropped, and I was released. I have undeniable proof of the corruption and manipulation I faced during this ordeal. I feel lucky to have been freed, unlike many others who maintain their innocence behind bars. I urge the public to be aware of the injustice I experienced, as I possess documents and evidence that shed light on the misconduct by the authorities. It was a traumatic experience, and I hope to bring attention to the wrongful actions of the police and the flaws in the system.

I would like to cancel my subscription for weekend newspaper delivery. Despite previous attempts to cancel, I have been persuaded to keep it. The promises of delivery to a convenient spot near my ramp due to my disability have not been consistently met. I am unable to reach the paper when it is left at the top of the driveway, and it needs to be closer for me to access it. I understand the commitment required for delivery adjustments, but having it brought to me at the driveway is crucial. Therefore, I am requesting cancellation to avoid further charges to my checking account. Kindly confirm this request has been processed. Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Donna B.

I recently had a bad experience with a contractor who goes by the name Braden Macewan, real name Brad McClurkin. I found out he scammed me and others. I paid him around $13,[redacted] for materials to fix my home, but he never delivered. The workers were not paid, and my home is now in terrible condition. He was even arrested for drug possession. I am struggling as I am on SSI and taking care of my 7-year-old granddaughter. I want to spread the word about this and see him face consequences for his actions. No one is helping me, and I need support to ensure he doesn't harm anyone else. If you have any information or can assist me, please reach out.

Hello, my name is Nichole. I am a patient at Hahnemann Hospital. I recently visited for an appointment where they only collected phone numbers. I have had 26 surgeries and multiple ICU stays. According to a reliable source, the owner of Hahnemann is not present and not placing any more orders for the hospital. This has led to shortages that may only last until the end of the week. I believe an update is necessary as the health department might intervene. Patients will need assistance in a safe manner. I am scheduled for surgery in September, however, I am unsure where to go next since they are not providing referrals to other doctors or hospitals.

I signed up for a subscription in April, and since then, there have been around 20 missed deliveries with no resolution. The lack of customer care is incredibly frustrating. I have never experienced such poor service. I keep receiving excuses like issues on the delivery route, but nothing improves. I will be sharing my negative experience with everyone. If this continues, your company may not survive much longer, which is unfortunate. - Jim Bradley

I have not received my newspaper for the past two days this week. This issue has been ongoing for about three to four months. Despite contacting customer service multiple times and being reassured each time that I would get the paper, it has not been delivered when I return home from work. Today, the customer service representative was dismissive of my concerns and gave abrupt responses. When I mentioned not having a computer to print puzzles, they asked if I wanted a credit instead. I requested the paper, but it was not delivered today. It's frustrating to see a lack of effort in delivering to a loyal customer. I have reached my limit and will cancel my subscription if this continues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I did not receive my Saturday, Sunday, and T.V. Weekly this week. I already contacted the relevant department, and they mentioned they would send emails to the delivery team for prompt action. Despite their assurances, I did not receive the papers the next day as promised. This situation occurred about two months ago as well, where I did not receive the papers at all for that week. One instance involved receiving a T.V. Weekly a day before the following week's edition arrived. This cycle of poor service is concerning, and I am disappointed that the issue persists despite prior notifications. As a long-time customer, I depend on the T.V. Weekly to schedule recordings for my entertainment needs, as I am handicapped. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly for better service in the future.

I am concerned about the recent misleading advertisement from "Active Integrated Medical Center" found in the September 29 Sunday Inquirer edition, disguised under "MY health". The unverified STEM CELL treatments being promoted by this paid advertiser lack FDA approval and are akin to modern-day snake oil. This deceptive marketing preys on uninformed consumers who trust publications like Inquirer for accurate information. As a physician, I am disappointed in the Inquirer for prioritizing financial gains over vetting advertisers and ensuring the veracity of the products being sold to the public. It is crucial for newspapers to uphold a higher standard of integrity and reject advertisements with false claims to protect their readers' well-being. J.F. Kaplan, MD, JD

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the delivery of my newspaper. For the past month, there have been multiple instances where the paper was either not delivered at all or was left on a neighbor's porch or on the pavement. Last month, I went without the paper for 6 days, and yesterday, on October 6th, the Sunday paper was missing. I tried calling for assistance yesterday at 10:00 am and was left on hold for over 30 minutes before the call disconnected. Today, I received Monday's paper, but I had to purchase Sunday's paper from a local drug store for $4.95. When I contact customer service, they usually apologize and offer to extend my subscription, which is frustrating to me. I would prefer not to pay for the missing papers and have that cost deducted from my bill. I pay for my subscription every 8 weeks in advance, and if a paper is missed, I expect it to be credited on the next bill. If this issue persists, I will have to consider canceling my subscription.

#1. I have attempted to contact the appropriate number for assistance two days in a row before 3 p.m., but each time I was informed that the office was closed even though my clocks are set correctly. It appears that the staff might be leaving early.
#2. I would like to either cancel my subscription, effective November 20th, or explore options for a reduced cost or change in payment method. I do not wish to be automatically charged, and I prefer to decide when or if a tip is given for delivery. I am frustrated by the wet or missed paper deliveries that are never properly credited back to my account as promised. I seek a different payment arrangement and no longer wish to tip for subpar service.

I noticed that the Sunday edition has been missing three times recently. The delivery seems to be consistently late, arriving around 8:00-8:30 am, which is too late for me to read due to my church and work schedule as a musician. I appreciate the prompt delivery of the daily edition at 6:00 am without any issues. Although I was promised credits for the missing Sunday editions previously, they were never applied to my account. Given these ongoing problems, I would like to cancel the Sunday edition. As a retiree relying on Social Security, the cost of newspaper delivery is not a vital expense for me. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Hello, I would like to switch my delivery preference to digital-only currently. The subscription was previously under John Elinsky, who passed away on October 19. The address for delivery is 18 W Garrison Rd, Parkside, PA [redacted]. Contacting you via phone has been challenging, so I prefer to communicate via my email at [redacted] Once the estate is settled, I may consider reverting to paper delivery. For now, I'd like to continue with digital delivery and the adjusted pricing. Thank you, Rose Torelli PS - I received a postcard addressed to Rose Poreooi, which seems to be an error. Thank you.

I received a notification that my coupons and offers will arrive this Sunday instead of Saturday. This affects my weekend plans slightly, as I usually like to shop on Saturdays and look forward to the savings. I understand the change is likely for operational reasons, but please refrain from mentioning "providing the best delivery service" in the notification, as a change in schedule does not align with this. Apologies to the customer service representative, I know this situation is not within your control. Thank you.

I am frustrated with the ongoing newspaper delivery issues. Despite efforts to contact supervisors before 8:30 as instructed, papers are not consistently sent out. The current situation leaves residents without papers, with some being damaged outdoors. Our account, number [redacted]07, has a balance of $[redacted].50, resulting in no paper deliveries until the balance is settled. Previously, we discontinued receiving papers due to an outstanding bill. I suggest reducing the number of papers delivered and liaising with Sharon about this change. For any further inquiries, please contact the Inquirer at 1-[redacted]. - Sharon
