I am looking to switch my US bank account from Global US Bank to Community Federal Saving Bank in order to link it to my PayPal account. After submitting a help request, I received an unhelpful automatic reply. I also attempted to contact Payoneer support via email at [redacted], only to receive an email indicating that their inbox is full. I added my bank account that is not supported. I tried to remove it but couldn't. When I tried to contact customer care via live chat, I could only see the option to send a message. I want to add a new bank account, but it says I've reached the maximum number of bank accounts, even though I only added one unsupported bank. Please remove my previous bank account so I can add another one to receive my payments. Also, could you please provide me with the option for live chat support?

Hello, I am facing difficulties receiving payments from Amazon through my Payoneer account. Amazon sent me a message stating that they were unable to verify my bank details as the current account provided could not be located. They advised me to update my bank details with a valid account to resolve the issue. I have attached my current account information for your reference. I have been advised to request a new account number, so I am seeking assistance to create a new account in order to access my funds on Amazon and Payoneer. I appreciate any help you can provide. Hello, I am reaching out because my Payoneer account was hacked on January 4, [redacted]. I promptly contacted Payoneer customer care, and they blocked my account for security reasons. They requested that I provide a new email address for communication. After confirming my security details, they asked for my ID number, date of birth, phone number, a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, a photo of myself holding the ID, and a handwritten note with the current date. I promptly provided all the necessary information as requested. However, I have not received any response from them yet. Hello Payoneer Team, I have been trying to contact you through online chat and phone without success, hence this email. 1. I am unable to log into your website despite trying different browsers. While I can access the support center with the correct email and password, I cannot log into the website. I suspect this might be related to my ID. Have I missed any previous emails from you? 2. I had an incoming payment in February which was delayed due to tax issues. I believe I uploaded the necessary documents, but now this transaction seems to have disappeared from my list, and I haven't received the funds. Could you please look into this matter for me? Hello, I had opened an account in mid-[redacted] but never used it. By the end of [redacted], I needed to update my information, so I either changed my email or created a new account with a different email address. Unfortunately, I am currently blocked from the system, and I am not receiving any assistance on this issue. Details are as follows: First account: [redacted] (unused) Second account: [redacted] (require it to be linked to my new employer for payment on the 15th) I am unable to access any of my accounts and need this matter resolved urgently. Dear Customer Service, I wanted to reach out regarding my account issues with Payoneer. Several years ago, I registered to receive payments with no problems. I was even issued a Payoneer card, but it expired due to inactivity and was not reactivated. Recently, when I needed to use it for a payment from a client in Michigan, I retrieved it using a recovery code. However, I now face challenges using my account. I cannot find the menu to request a payment, add my bank account, or link my GCash account. It seems like my account might be suspended as I am unable to perform any actions. I urgently need to receive a payment from a company in Michigan for services rendered. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to request the payment, which is crucial due to my mother-in-law's critical condition requiring hospitalization. I signed up for Payoneer a while ago but encountered some issues recently. Initially, I accidentally set up a business account instead of an individual one. This caused problems when I tried to receive payments as I couldn't use the global payment option. Despite my efforts to contact support, I only received automated responses. I learned from the forum that account types cannot be changed, so I created a new account. However, it was blocked immediately due to an existing account linked to another email address. I requested to close both accounts but still haven't been able to receive payments. Support only sends automated emails requesting information but never provides a human response or explains the situation clearly.

Hello, recently I completed the account setup process with eBay. They requested a payment receipt in my name dated within the last 3 months. My April receipt was rejected due to being outside the time frame. I promptly submitted the May 31 payment receipt as requested, but my account is currently under review. I am unsure of the next steps to take. eBay now requires a Payoneer account for transactions, and if I cannot link my account, I won't be able to sell on their platform. Hello, Subject: Payoneer Account Issue I am Fahad Bin Zahid. Approximately two weeks ago, I opened a Payoneer account. Due to discrepancies in my residence information compared to my NID card, I requested to close that account in order to open a new one. Subsequently, I successfully opened a new account with a different email, but it was blocked. Despite multiple attempts over the past two weeks to open new accounts, they have also been blocked. I kindly request assistance in creating a Payoneer account using my NID information. I am a freelancer on Upwork for several months and have earned some money. I have been facing issues with Payoneer Bank as I attempted to create an account multiple times, but my attempts were met with a ban each time. Although the bank account I used belongs to my business partner, Payoneer flagged it as fraudulent. Even when my partner successfully created a Payoneer account and shared the details with me to log in, my access was restricted for 30 minutes, causing frustration for both of us. Despite entering the correct information, I keep receiving errors upon login. I kindly ask Payoneer to review this situation with flexibility. Hello! I'm Constantin Draghiciu, and I'm encountering an issue with my Payoneer account. I initially applied for a business account using my email [redacted], but due to the new company status, I couldn't provide the required documents. I made a second application simultaneously with a different email, and although the first account was deleted following a chat with their support, the second application under [redacted] with ID [redacted]4 remains unresolved. I created a Payoneer account in December [redacted] to receive royalties from Amazon for my books. I left over $7 in my account due to low sales. Upon returning this year, I noticed the credited money had been withdrawn by someone else. How can I recover it? Furthermore, I completed the form for a Payoneer debit card in [redacted] but never received it. I have since moved, so how can I update my address to ensure I receive it if it's sent out? As I continue to upload books on Amazon and generate sales, can I access the funds without the card? Will leaving the money in my Payoneer account lead to forfeiture if left to accumulate? Ho aggiornato i miei dati personali, tuttavia la mia carta è ancora bloccata nonostante non abbia conti correnti associati e faccia prelievi solo da bancomat. Anche se gli importi sono stati accreditati, non posso utilizzare la carta per prelevarli. Chiedo gentilmente un intervento immediato per lo sblocco della mia carta in quanto considero la situazione una appropriazione indebita. Vi prego di evitare e-mail con istruzioni poco chiare in inglese e di risolvere il problema direttamente. Le istruzioni sono state seguite ma né le banche né gli uffici postali possono aiutare poiché non ho conti correnti associati alla carta. Accetto le modifiche alla privacy e autorizzo il trattamento dei miei dati personali solo per i fini del servizio fornito.
