I would like to report a case of account hacking on my Payoneer account. Yesterday, my account was compromised by an unknown individual who altered all my account information. Since then, I have been unable to access my account due to the changes made. I had some pending transactions from Upwork, which I have been trying to access. Despite reaching out to Payoneer support since last week, they informed me that the funds would be available by the 22nd of November. Upon checking my account, I discovered a payment sent to an email address starting with [redacted] for web services, which I do not recognize. I attempted to contact the recipient but did not receive a response, and the transaction email was mysteriously deleted. While I believe I updated my security questions, whenever I attempt to log in after logging out, I am unable to access my account as the phone number associated with it has also been changed. This situation is both concerning and frustrating as I have not shared my account details with anyone. I am not requesting my account to be blocked, but I urge for immediate action to be taken to investigate this breach. Upon attempting to log into my account, I discovered it was blocked with a notification stating "Account Blocked." Contacting support through live chat, I was informed that my account was closed due to terms and conditions violations. Despite my inquiries for additional information or assistance, I was told no reasons could be shared, no support could be provided, and reclaiming my funds was not an option. Payoneer assured me no further actions would be taken in my case and informed me there was nothing that could be done to recover my funds. This lack of transparency and assistance has resulted in a significant financial loss of $[redacted]. I believe there may be a procedural error or misunderstanding in this matter, and I am disappointed by the poor treatment of customers. I am seeking a full refund as a resolution to this issue.

I have been dealing with a persistent problem logging into my Payoneer account for almost a month. Despite numerous attempts to contact Payoneer for help, including email exchanges and phone calls, I have not been able to resolve the issue. Around three weeks ago, I changed my Payoneer password due to a security concern on my Gmail account, which was linked to my Payoneer account. A Payoneer BackOffice Agent named Elijah Johnson has been assisting me and guided me through the process of funding my account for reactivation twice through Fiverr. However, I am frustrated with the continuous delays in getting a resolution and tired of the constant waiting for a response. It has been over three weeks now, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Hello, I require assistance in canceling my withdrawal request with Fiverr. After contacting Fiverr directly, they instructed me to reach out to you first before proceeding further. Is it possible to halt the withdrawal process and potentially have the funds returned to my Fiverr account or remain in my Payoneer account? Hello, I'm Fulvio Denza, and I am with Appen Global. Recently, I had to delete my PayPal account, which I usually use to receive payments via Payoneer. However, after removing it from Payoneer, I was unable to add a new bank account to receive my salary. I am now at risk of not receiving my salary if I cannot add a bank account on Payoneer. Can anyone help me with this issue?

On January 8th, I initiated an instant transfer of [redacted] euros via Payoneer for an item that is no longer available. I would like a refund of my money. The reference numbers used were nx[redacted]5 and xFZK43TQ88D0. I have already contacted Louis Vuitton's customer service who indicated that the payment wasn't accepted and should still be with them. Dear Sir or Madam, On March 4, [redacted], I conducted a transaction on E.Bay-Kleinanzeigen with Mr. Luca Körtig. I purchased a vacuum cleaner from him for €[redacted]. After transferring the money to wirecard Bank, this individual disappeared. Upon inquiry with wirecard Bank, I was informed that the account is in your name. How does this correlate? Does Luca Körtig have authorization over this account? It seems perplexing that I am instructed to transfer €[redacted] to this account and he seems to have access to it. As I am in the process of filing a fraud report against this man with the police, these questions will need to be answered. Through a thorough investigation I will pursue, the police may involve you as well. Whether you desire this is in your best interest. I will persevere until I retrieve my €[redacted]. After transferring the money to wirecard Bank, he disappeared. When I inquired with wirecard Bank, I was informed that this account is under the name of Payoneer. Is there a Luca Koertig associated with you who has authorization over this account? How is it possible that I should transfer the €[redacted] to this account and he seems to have access to it? I am in the process of filing a report against this man for fraud with the police, and several questions must be answered here. Dear Payoneer Client Support, I have been trying to reach you for help for days without success! The contact form did not have my request, so the answers provided were incorrect! I urgently need to load money onto my Payoneer Mastercard. After activating my Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard, I tried to top it up following your instructions but could not find the option in the "Activities for Transactions" section. I have credit in my Payoneer account that I would like to load onto my Mastercard. Can you provide detailed instructions on how to do this easily and quickly? I am confused by the term "outstanding money" - does it mean I cannot transfer existing Payoneer credit to the Mastercard? Can I choose the top-up amount myself? It seems something might be wrong with my account as I did not receive the expected confirmation message after the funds arrived. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Udemy has confirmed that they successfully sent the money to Payoneer, which was also confirmed by Payoneer with the following confirmation ID: May 7, [redacted] - [redacted]. I only received a notification email from Udemy regarding the money transfer, but upon checking my Payoneer account, I do not see any funds from Udemy. I have been struggling to access my account for a few days now. Every time I try to login, the system prompts me to enter a code which is sent to my old phone number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that number to receive the code. Despite my attempts to change my password and update my new number, I keep receiving an error message indicating incorrect data. If there is a way to verify my account through email, I am willing to provide a photo of myself with my ID to confirm my identity. Access to my account is urgent as I need to transfer funds to my customers soon and require a balance check. This is my second time posting about my issue here. I am hoping someone can assist me. I consistently receive the message asking me to rate how well Payoneer helped resolve my issue, but I am still facing the problem. I have submitted all the necessary information to the verification center, but it still shows as "under review." It has been about a month now, and I am quite disappointed with the lack of progress. Since opening my account over six months ago, I have yet to have it approved. A withdrawal I initiated in June [redacted] for $20 is still marked as pending. Despite multiple requests to upload documents, I've complied each time. Recently, I submitted a new passport (re-issue) after my previous one expired in May. I suspect this might be causing the delay in approval. I uploaded the new passport last Friday and have not received any feedback since then. I have earnings accumulating in a freelance platform that links only with Payoneer, but I'm hesitant to transfer them due to concerns it may end up stuck like the $20 from June. This situation is incredibly frustrating. I urgently require my account to be approved to access my hard-earned funds as I heavily rely on my freelance work.
