My PayPal account has been permanently restricted. This is troubling for me as I rely on PayPal for my income since my bank doesn't support international transactions. I work as an artist selling digital commissions, and I dream of expanding my art into a full-fledged business. The ban has left me unsure of what to do next. I'm puzzled about the reason behind the ban as the only transactions I made were related to a game called "Genshin Impact". My PayPal account has mainly been used by clients and a few friends for transactions. I am hopeful that this issue can be resolved soon as I have big plans for my business, and this setback will unfortunately cause delays.

Hello PayPal Assistant, I need help as my account has been limited because my bank account was denied, and I am unable to provide my national ID, passport, or driver's license due to canceled appointments during the pandemic. I have funds I need to transfer and use, but I am restricted from doing so suddenly. Can I use my College School ID or Birth Certificate with some information redacted to verify my account? Hello PayPal Assistant, I need assistance with my limited account. Unfortunately, I am unable to add my bank account, and I am also lacking proper identification due to the pandemic disrupting my plans to obtain them. While I have a pending national ID request, it may take a few months to arrive. I have funds in my account that I need to transfer and make transactions with, but the sudden limitation is hindering me. Can I use my College School ID or my Birth Certificate (with some details redacted if necessary) to validate my account since I do not have other traditional forms of identification available currently? I have a charge on my Visa account that I do not recognize dated 1/23/22 for $37.00 from PayPal*M MEDIA INC. I tried reaching out to the resolution center, but it indicates I have no transactions to report. Since I did not make any PayPal transactions that month, I am confused about how to address this unfamiliar charge. The phone number provided is continuously engaged, making it impossible to contact you directly. I urgently need assistance with this issue, but I am unable to find a successful way to reach your customer service. The automated assistant has been of no use in resolving this matter. I was excited to grab a $10 Steam gift card from G2A during the Steam Winter Sale. However, upon attempting to redeem the code, I encountered an error indicating possible activation issues or regional currency mismatch. I have a PayPal account and activated a PayPal Cash Card. When I try to link the card to my online account through the app, it doesn't work. I am unable to add the cash card to my account or set up direct deposit, which is crucial for me. I am worried about not receiving my tax return if this issue is not resolved soon. I am currently involved in a dispute with Asia Unlimited for $27.97. I have been attempting to provide additional information through the link provided for the resolution center without success. Despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to locate this resolution center on my Android phone. The company in question sent me faulty items, and they have offered a refund of $19.99, which I approve. Please proceed with processing this refund. Feel free to contact me if necessary, otherwise, kindly carry out the necessary steps to close this claim. I recently bought a flashlight from Elitetac, but what I received was not as advertised. Despite contacting them and raising my concerns about the product not matching the description in their video, they only agreed to refund the cost of the flashlight and the extended warranty, not the $9.99 shipping fee. Elitetac insisted that I cover the return shipping costs and provide a tracking number. I disagree with having to pay for shipping on an item that did not meet my expectations and then having to pay to return it, along with the additional cost of tracking. I found their pricing exorbitant for the poor quality of the product received, along with the hefty shipping charge. Elitetac's policy of no shipping refunds disappoints me, and I believe I should not be responsible for return shipping fees in this situation. Thank you, Debbie W.

PayPal has restricted access to funds donated to Yielded Vessels Ministry, a longstanding mission ministry registered with PayPal. The ministry operates in Romania, aiding the influx of 10,[redacted] Ukrainian refugees daily. Yielded Vessels Ministry is part of Calvary Cathedral International in Fort Worth, Texas, serving in Romania since January [redacted]. Significant support is flowing in to aid refugees from the war. The automatic restrictions seem triggered by a PayPal rule without human review. As the beneficiaries are refugees housed, fed, and counselled in Romania, there is no tangible product shipped. Human oversight would reveal the charitable nature of the donations. The request is to lift the $1,[redacted] monthly limit on accessing donated funds to address the urgent needs of the refugees. I received a notification from you on 2/19/22 regarding a $[redacted].99 charge to my PayPal account. Can you confirm if this has been resolved? I was contacted by a PayPal employee named David, along with his partner Jennifer Smith, to assist with reversing the charge. They requested access to my computer to facilitate the process. Following their instructions, I allowed them to conduct transactions via Zelle. Unfortunately, two separate transactions of $[redacted] were deducted from my account, totaling $1,[redacted].99. I need assistance with logging back into my PayPal account, please. After successfully logging into my account for the first time in years, I noticed the opportunity to use PayPal for my new business ventures. I was exploring how to set up PayPal for use and link my South African card or bank. I updated my information, but now I am unable to log back into PayPal! I went through the forgot password steps again and updated my password. However, when I attempt to log in with the new password, I receive a message stating, "Sorry, we could not recognize you." I received a payment yesterday for an item I sold. I spent all night trying to transfer the money to my debit card or send it, but I couldn't do anything. Several hours later, my account got limited for rule violations. This is frustrating because I haven't broken any rules. I only received one payment through PayPal, so I couldn't have violated any rules. I need to access my money because I can't pay my rent. Even after getting the limitations removed two days later, my account is still restricted. It has been four days, and I've spent a total of 9 and a half hours on the phone with PayPal, only to be told to wait another 24 hours each time. This situation is preventing me from accessing my funds and fulfilling my financial obligations.

Hello, I would like to address an issue with my recent order from Venus Fashion, Inc. I purchased an item for $83.78 with Invoice ID [redacted]0 and Transaction ID -00C09106VB935941F using my AARP VISA Credit Card ending in -[redacted]. After returning the item, Venus Fashion, Inc processed a refund on August 26, [redacted]. While $75.25 was refunded to my VISA card, ending in -[redacted] on October 11, [redacted], I have not seen this credit reflect on my new BARCLAY account. The transition from VISA to BARCLAY might have caused some confusion, and I contacted BARCLAY, who advised me to reach out to you. The refund information is available in your records. On Monday, March 7, [redacted], I was contacted by Paypal customer service regarding a hold on my account due to suspicious activity. When I try to use my PayPal card, it says my email is incorrect. I'm unsure if this means the card is still usable or if I need to request a new one. Do I need to create a new PayPal account altogether? I am calling about my case pp-d-[redacted]59, regarding Christina S. I was instructed to return the item for a refund but was not informed about being reimbursed for the return shipping costs. The seller had promised to reimburse this expense. I would like clarification on this matter before proceeding with the return. I purchased something online using my Visa card. I received an email from PayPal stating they transferred the money from my Visa to the seller. I don't have a PayPal account and suspect a scam. I've been experiencing difficulties accessing paypal.com and manager.paypal.com. On Monday, I had trouble logging in, but it was working fine yesterday. I am facing a difficult situation and urgently need assistance. Recently, PayPal placed temporary limitations on my account requesting my National ID picture and validation of two transactions, which I promptly provided. However, this morning, to my dismay, I woke up to a permanent limitation on my account, leaving me feeling devastated. I seek help as I believe I have done nothing wrong and was not aware of any issues. These transactions were made in an attempt to seek financial support for my brother's medical bills and to assist my family who rely on me. I have sent several messages requesting proof of the accusations made against me by PayPal. Being labeled as a criminal and treated disrespectfully is not acceptable, especially since I am a 75-year-old disabled veteran. After being a loyal PayPal user for years, it's disheartening to be accused of criminal activities without evidence. Hello! My name is Christina Ricciardi. I encountered an issue while using the PayPal app to cash my CT State Tax Refund check. Following the instructions, I took photos of the front and back of the check. Upon being prompted to write "VOID" in black on the front, I complied. Unfortunately, PayPal indicated that the check was not accepted, and I was subsequently locked out of Indigo. I am confused about what went wrong. Could it be that the writing was not clear enough? I am extremely upset about this situation. The check now has "VOID" written on it, and I am unable to cash it. Time is of the essence as I am scheduled to travel to FL this Tuesday, and this check represents all the money I have for the trip. I urgently need this matter resolved as soon as possible.
