On November 29, I made a purchase on Etsy from NacreBoutique for 3 pajama sets totaling $83.12. Upon receiving the order, only the shirts were included with poor print quality and no pants. I left a negative review due to the seller's false advertising. The seller contacted me offering a replacement for the missing items or a refund in exchange for changing my review. I requested a full refund to my PayPal account and offered to return the shirts at the seller's expense, but I refused to alter my review. Despite multiple messages, the seller has neither responded nor issued a refund.

I purchased a Halloween decoration on September 20th, but the tracking information was never updated. In November, the tracking indicated that it was delivered on October 28th, a day when my husband and I were outside all day due to a storm. I reached out to the seller who suggested I check around my block and contact China Post. After numerous emails, my husband contacted China Post and was informed that the tracking number provided was not legitimate and likely a scam. I've repeatedly requested a refund as I never received the package despite following all instructions given.

On November 3rd, I used Priceline.com to reserve a room at Days Inn for someone we were assisting. Initially, I paid $69.26 via PayPal, which was allegedly declined by the hotel. Subsequently, I paid $56.66 using my Costco card. After dropping off the individual, they informed me of nonfunctional WiFi. Immediately, we returned to retrieve him, finding out the hotel refunded the $56.66. Later on, I discovered that PayPal had indeed processed the $69.26 and the $56.66 refund was untrue for my Costco card. This resulted in an unnecessary double payment for a room that went unused due to the WiFi issue, as we swiftly found alternative accommodation at Super 8. Despite returning to the hotel promptly after the WiFi problem arose, the room remained unoccupied.

My brother sadly passed away on 11/11/21. He worked as an over the road truck driver and would typically return home every 3 months. Recently, he had around $[redacted] withdrawn from his account. I am concerned as he mentioned someone stole money from his account without authorization. Additionally, while he was hospitalized from 10/18/[redacted] and ventilated, I suspect more money may have been taken. I urgently need to discuss this matter with a representative immediately.

I purchased a wig online from a company named WIG SIS and used my prepaid PayPal debit card for payment. The wig was delivered on 12/7/[redacted]. However, I am having difficulties getting in touch with them regarding the return process for a full refund. The wig I received did not match the one shown in the picture; I expected the lace area to be 13x4 or 13x6, but it was too light and bulky and did not look natural when I tried it on. As I have not worn the wig and WIG SIS is not responding to my return inquiries, I am seeking a refund for my purchase.

To resolve account limitations, I am encountering issues uploading my information on the PayPal app. Despite following steps to access the Resolution Center for confirming my identity, I am unable to remove the limitations. Initially, I could upload documents for the first two limitations, but I am now unable to do so, halting any account activity. I'm having trouble checking out as a guest. At the initial screen, I choose to use a credit card, enter all the required information, but at the end of the process, I'm only given the option to create a PayPal account. I would like to complete my purchase using my credit card without creating a PayPal account.

I am having trouble purchasing with my credit card through PayPal without creating an account. I usually check out as a guest and have filled out all the required information accurately, but I am only being presented with the option to create an account or cancel. Typically, there is a continue button that allows me to complete the transaction without signing up for an account, which is my preference.

I am concerned about a recent credit card purchase I made, which seems to be possibly fraudulent. I noticed a charge from HANDHOLDTEC LTD. for $90.97 along with an international fee, but I was expecting to purchase two Christmas signs for my fireplace at $36.99 each. The items I thought I ordered were a black "Christ the Savior is Born" sign with a flower bouquet and a white "Christ the Savior is Born" door hanger/fireplace decor. The charge is set to be processed by 1/6, and I haven't received any information about when to expect my order. I am unsure about the legitimacy of this company and would like assistance. I have been using my PayPal prepaid Mastercard to receive my disability checks for years without any issues. Recently, the card was canceled due to suspected fraudulent charges, leaving me without access to the funds I rely on. Whenever I speak to customer service, they claim there is no account associated with the provided number, making it impossible for me to request a replacement card. This situation has left me and my three kids in a difficult position as we are now unable to pay bills or have a proper Christmas. I urgently need assistance either in getting a replacement card or receiving the balance that was on my now-cancelled card. I purchased a 6' ceramic Christmas tree online. The payment process took place through my credit card but was converted to PayPal. I sent $24 to my son, William S., but he closed that account without my knowledge. He opened a new account under Will S., and now the $24 I sent is missing. He contacted me, but now the dispute states it was unauthorized. I don't understand why this happened. I mistakenly sent the money to the wrong account and now I am unable to recover it. I recently played a casino game that was paying via PayPal. My winnings quickly went from $[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted]. I played a game in a casino app where PayPal handles payments. My balance shot up from $[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted] very quickly, and I hit the jackpot. However, the company claimed I only made $[redacted] on that game, which is inaccurate. I have screenshots to prove my winnings. I have a screenshot proving that I won the jackpot in the game, but they are refusing to pay me the correct amount. I only want the $[redacted] owed to me as promised. Despite their denial, I have evidence on the screenshot. Unfortunately, I cannot access the site now to double-check. The screen remains black when I try to open it. I can't go back to the site, but I have the screenshot from yesterday for proof. If necessary, I would have been able to return for further verification. What steps should I take next?

Our computer was hacked into last Friday, and the hackers demanded payment claiming we owed Norton $[redacted].99. They proceeded to charge $[redacted].00 via PayPal and withdrew it from our checking account. We took immediate action by visiting the bank on Saturday to close all accounts and reopen new ones, but unfortunately, they were able to take the $[redacted].00 from our checking account. We have reported this to our local police department as we feel victimized by this unfair situation. The hackers even locked us out of our cell phones and iPad. We are unsure of what steps to take next.

I am unable to access my business account - Sorta Sisters Shiny Stuff. I also manage two other PayPal accounts which are still accessible, but Sorta Sisters was available last month. This month (December [redacted]) when I logged in, it was gone. However, my business partner confirmed the account is visible when she logged in.
