On May 11, [redacted], I set up an auto-payment for a ticket to the “Van Gogh: the Immersive Experience” hosted by Fever but was surprised to find out on the day of the show that it was postponed until Oct 19 without any notification. Many ticketholders were in the same situation. I am seeking a full refund, even though I heard they are not issuing them. I know someone who managed to get one, so it’s worth a try. I have now purchased a ticket from another company for a show in January in Tacoma. Here is the email I sent to Fever requesting a refund. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. As a retired pensioner, I heavily rely on my PayPal account for my retirement hobbies, including stock photography and running an Ecwid store for my craft items. Hello, I currently reside in Germany and forgot to update my phone number with PayPal when I changed it. I am now facing an issue with the authentication process as only my inactive phone number is linked for receiving texts or calls to verify my account. Additionally, I am unable to contact PayPal's customer service in Europe as I need to be logged in, but I can't do so without the correct phone number. Consequently, your account has been permanently restricted, preventing you from using PayPal for any further transactions. This action is outlined in the PayPal User Agreement, specifically in the sections concerning Restricted Activities and Actions We May Take. It is essential that you remove any mentions of PayPal from your websites or auctions, including payment options, the PayPal logo, and the shopping cart. Any bank or credit card details connected to your PayPal account cannot be deleted or reused to create a new account. While you can still access your account information, you will be unable to send or receive funds. If there are funds in your PayPal balance, they will be held for up to [redacted] days to cover any outstanding obligations from violations of the User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, such as liabilities to third parties or PayPal for breaches, including liquidated damages. In cases where chargebacks result in a negative balance, it is necessary to settle the outstanding amount to avoid further consequences. Customers permanently restricted for violating the Acceptable Use Policy are not allowed to use PayPal services or open new accounts.

I purchased a Senior electric scooter using PayPal but did not receive an invoice. The company only provided a contact address, which proved to be unresponsive with a non-functional page. The order date was 09-07-[redacted], and the payment of $89.99 was deducted from my bank account on the same day. The payment details show an ACH Payment to PayPal with the information: ZHANG GE JIA TW*. I bank with Pueblo Bank & Trust in Pueblo, CO. I prefer to receive the scooter as ordered or receive a refund if unable to obtain it.

On September 9, [redacted], I purchased a camera via PayPal using my Discover credit card from Noelle Shaldone. The camera was supposed to be a Nikon D3500 but turned out to be a Niko D3100. Upon noticing the discrepancy on September 18, I tried to contact Ms. Shaldone through Facebook Messenger, but her account was no longer active. I opened disputes with both PayPal and Discover Card. Ms. Shaldone reached out to me on Facebook Messenger after Discover contacted her regarding the situation. I returned the camera to her with USPS tracking number [redacted][redacted]03. She confirmed receiving the camera and promised to refund the $[redacted].00 through PayPal. Despite canceling the disputes with PayPal and Discover, I have not received the refund. PayPal explained that Discover needs to contact them to release the funds. Discover informed me they closed the matter and can't assist further. After multiple calls between PayPal and Discover without resolution, the latest advice from PayPal is that Ms. Shaldone must initiate contact to release the funds. Unfortunately, Ms. Shaldone is now unresponsive. Any assistance in expediting the refund would be greatly appreciated as I have been trying to receive it since September 18th.

I recently received an email stating that I am being charged $1,[redacted].00 through PayPal for a purchase I did not make. The company listed is MOONPAY.com. They provided a number to contact PayPal, [redacted]. I am reaching out via the internet and have not used the provided phone numbers. I tried to copy the bill but was unable to do so. Whenever I try to retrieve the account numbers, the message disappears, and I am forced to start over. I am submitting this message and looking forward to a response. Thank you! 😊

I have received multiple notifications from your team regarding potential fraudulent activity on my account via email. However, my attempts to contact your support line have been unsuccessful as they have not been able to assist me. I made a purchase from BuyGoodsInc last night, and after completing my order, the app presented me with several other options to buy additional items. I chose not to purchase anything else and proceeded to click the "pay now" button. To my surprise, this morning I noticed that BuyGoodsInc had charged my checking account $19.99 for an unspecified item. I did not authorize this additional charge, as I did not select any extra items prior to completing my purchase. I accept the charges for the items I intended to buy, but I am disputing the $19.99 charge. I kindly request that this charge be reversed promptly as I did not authorize it.

I am writing to inform you of my plan to submit a complaint to the FTC due to what seems to be a refusal to grant access to the market for customers who do not possess a cell phone capable of receiving text messages, affecting 4% of U.S. households. This action is contradictory to federal regulations. During my attempts to reach your customer service representatives by phone and request to speak with a supervisor, I was informed that no supervisor was available initially. After persistent insistence, I was placed on hold with the first phone representative stating there were 8 callers ahead of me, leading to a 45-minute wait. It is not plausible to believe such claims. As a result of this unacceptable and unlawful behavior, I intend to not only file an official complaint with the government but also share negative feedback on various online platforms for an extended period. When faced with such misconduct, my response tends to be extensive.

On November 3, I accidentally ordered an Xmas tree that is much taller than I anticipated. I paid a total of $[redacted].37 for invoice [redacted] from Monamadejewelry on Etsy. After researching, I discovered that Monamadejewelry started back in [redacted], and I seem to be their first customer. I contacted them within 2 hours of placing the order, requesting cancellation repeatedly. Despite their assurances to handle it, they have not canceled my order. After multiple texts, it seems my 9ft Xmas tree is still set to ship tomorrow. I believe they have my money, but it has not been processed yet. Unfortunately, I never received the product. Despite attempts to reach out to the seller, they failed to respond. The seller furnished Citi Visa with supposed delivery evidence for a different 2.30-pound item, not the 10 to 15-pound skeleton I ordered. To add to the confusion, the UPS Tracking information did not clearly list my address as the delivery destination.
