My account was recently permanently limited, and the remaining balance from my account was placed on hold for [redacted] days. A couple of weeks ago, I received an email stating that the [redacted]-day period had elapsed, allowing me to withdraw the funds. However, my account remains limited, and I am unable to add new bank cards to withdraw the money. I tried to request a check by mail, but the account's limitations prevent me from processing the transaction. I urgently need access to the funds to pay my rent, so I need the limitation on my account to be temporarily lifted to facilitate the withdrawal process. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Customer Service Team, I recently had a case with your company that was declined. After speaking to Royal Mail, they informed me that they do not deliver items the size of the 2 kitchen bins I was expecting. They mentioned a shoebox-sized item was delivered to me, but not the larger parcel. PayPal suggested it might be a scam, especially after I received a toothbrush from China that I didn't order. According to Royal Mail, their maximum delivery size is a 46cm rectangular box, further confirming the discrepancy. I ordered a bed lift, but it was sent to the wrong address. The company credited me $50, so I reordered the item. However, I could not use my account, and the money was deducted from my credit card. Unfortunately, the item was not sent, and I did not receive a tracking number. I'm frustrated and starting to suspect that this might be a scam. I rarely shop online due to experiences like this. I had to cancel plans and a vacation because I was expecting the item. I shared this with my friends and family, deterring them from ordering. I want a full refund for both orders as I do not trust using credit to shop anymore. I'm considering contacting the Better Business Bureau but prefer to resolve this directly. I believe the company should also provide the item at no cost given the inconvenience and disappointment it caused me and my family. I placed the second order on February 10th or 12th.

Sometimes, these apps, they have great games, very exciting indeed. But when there's an issue, I believe the app owners should step up and address it with the customers instead of neglecting or ignoring them just because they make money. There should always be room for negotiation to handle situations. People shouldn't stay silent when something is wrong; communication is key. I just wish they would reach out to me, either by email, phone, or providing a contact number. $5,[redacted] is a significant amount that I worked hard for by spending countless hours playing their games. The main reason we engage is to earn from it, so their actions seem contradictory. Please, kindly contact them and ask if they could at least offer a partial refund to make things right. Their service is remarkable, but for it to truly be outstanding, they must follow through with their promises. Thank you.

I received an email on April 18th from Sue Zahedi at [redacted], sent $[redacted] to my old email [redacted] My current PayPal account is [redacted], but the money was sent to the incorrect email. Despite setting up a new account with the same information, the transaction to collect the $[redacted] was no longer valid. I'm seeking advice on how to retrieve the $[redacted] from Sue and have it deposited into my [redacted] PayPal account.

I placed an order with CHOYING DU, using TRANSACTION ID: 7BD15819GR658443J and INVOICE ID [redacted]*LXZ50748. The item never arrived, despite the post office confirming delivery in my zip code. I reviewed my security camera footage daily after the alleged delivery date but found no record of any packages being delivered. After contacting CHOYING DU, it seems they might be running a scam as they have stopped advertising the product on Facebook, and other questionable ads have appeared. Their solution was to offer a 10% discount on a new purchase, which does not resolve my issue. I am concerned about the lack of vetting of businesses you partner with and the unauthorized credit card charge. I would like concrete evidence that I authorized the transaction through PayPal, a service I do not recall having an account with.

I have an old, inactive PayPal account, and I don't have access to the account information like passwords or phone numbers. It's challenging to contact PayPal without this data. I believe a phone conversation with a PayPal representative could help resolve my issue as automation isn't assisting me. I'm willing to provide any necessary information during a call. Kindly arrange for a PayPal employee to reach out to me so I can open a new account and close the inactive one. The difficulty in communication is frustrating, especially since I have dyslexia, making it harder to interact with automated systems. On April 11th, I purchased a swimming pool from a company named "k e n g t u o then LLC" through PayPal. I suspect this company is fake. When I attempt to check the details on my saved messages and Facebook posts, I see a different name, but I am unable to access that site again. I paid $98.99 via PayPal, with the pool expected to be delivered by April 14th. However, the tracking number provided claimed a delivery attempt by UPS was actually from Amazon, and the weight discrepancy indicates an issue. Despite informing PayPal and explaining the situation, they have not processed my refund, insisting that I received the product. I am in a difficult situation as a person with disabilities and serious health issues, and I urgently need my refund today.

I recently placed an order with knowfashionstyle and was surprised to see that the payment went through PayPal even though I don't have an account with them. I purchased a pair of Acrofit Women's Orthopedic Athletic Shoes with an advertised "Iron Clad" money-back guarantee. I placed the order on 3/3/21 using PayPal, and the amount was deducted from my account on 4/2/21. The shoes arrived on 4/19/21 and were not as advertised. I reached out via email on 4/20/21 to request a refund and return the product but have not received a response with a return address. I have followed up twice with no luck. The order number is [redacted]-BN247, and the total charge was $49.88 including tax and shipping. I am happy to cover the return shipping costs back to Acrofit.

I attempted to report a suspicious website and a scammer to the resolution center twice, but my refund requests were denied as the payment was considered "authorized." Despite explaining that the company ceased all communication after taking my money, providing no receipt or shipping details, the representatives were not able to assist. The company even claimed to have no record of my purchase or account linked to my email when contacted. Additionally, the payment meant for Tennessee was instead sent to an unknown company in China or another Asian country, prompting my initial report. The lack of item receipt, shipping information, or any form of communication from the seller adds to the frustration. I am still waiting for a resolution and remain hopeful for a refund.

I recently experienced unauthorized access to my PayPal account resulting in a $[redacted] withdrawal from my bank account. I, Britney Van Winkle, used my Chime card to send $85 to a PayPal account. The $88.95 transaction went through smoothly until the last second when suspected fraud occurred. Even though my account is in good standing, the funds were not loaded into the PayPal account, and the recipient did not receive the money. The issue now is that the $88.95 was deducted from my card but was not refunded. The transaction took place at Kum and Go store number [redacted]. I am in possession of the receipt and need the money refunded to my account if it was not sent to the intended recipient.

I encountered an issue with a buyer from California trying to purchase an item I had listed on eBay years ago that had been removed. They sent payment via PayPal, but I promptly refunded the money when notified. The refund was processed on March 2, [redacted]. Despite this, on April 15th, eBay attempted to withdraw $19.50 from my savings account via echeck. After alerting eBay, they assured me they halted the process, but the withdrawal still went through, resulting in a $25 overdraft. Contacting PayPal, I insisted on receiving reimbursement for the $19.50 and the $25 overdraft fee. They mentioned it would take 7-10 business days to resolve, but the withdrawal attempts continued. Frustratingly, I find myself $[redacted].45 short and am now pressing PayPal for a full refund of all the incurred charges.

I contacted Miami Skincare's customer service department on March 31, [redacted], to request a refund of $[redacted] for products I purchased. They agreed to process the refund to my PayPal account within 2-3 days. It has been three weeks since our conversation, but I have yet to see the $[redacted] refund in my PayPal account. Can you please investigate this matter for me? Coincidentally, I received an email today, supposedly from PayPal, informing me of a temporary restriction on my account, preventing me from making payments or withdrawals. Additionally, I received a text from [redacted] last week claiming a $[redacted] charge on my account, which is incorrect. I reported suspected fraud to PayPal but have not received a response. A charge of £89.99 was taken, which is unauthorized. The bill belongs to Kelly Isherwood, not me. I do not use McAfee LiveSafe but use Bitdefender Antivirus instead. Kelly Isherwood has taken a renewal without authority. She is currently on bail for fraud. Hello, I am Umer Zubair. My account was permanently limited on November 23, [redacted]. After waiting for 6 months, I received an email on May 23, [redacted], stating I could withdraw my funds. However, two months later on July 23, [redacted], PayPal limited my account again without explanation. Despite sending numerous emails, I didn't receive any responses from PayPal. Then, on December 20, [redacted], I was informed I could withdraw my funds. When trying to link my bank account, I encountered an error message. Different PayPal agents gave conflicting advice regarding the issue. Despite multiple live chats and calls with PayPal, no resolution was reached. I urgently need access to my savings during this difficult time and seek assistance in withdrawing my funds.
