Hello, I recently received an email at [redacted] instructing me to update my credit card information. However, when I attempted to log in, my password was not working. I am unsure when I last accessed my account. They mentioned sending a verification code via text, but my landline on file cannot receive text messages. I haven't used my PayPal account since I set it up years ago. Now, I am trying to log in to access a payment, but I can't receive the authentication code since the phone number on file is no longer active. How can I log in without this code? There is a deadline today to avoid a fee, which I hope won't be imposed due to this issue. I have my password and didn't foresee this problem.

I operate a social media marketing business. Lately, a dispute arose with a client who insists the payment was for a bag purchase from a different website. I made a purchase from Callie Jewelry on December 10th. When I checked my PayPal statement, I noticed that the payment was made to a company named Open Unique Trading Limited. I suspect this might be a scam, so I had to replace my bank card as a precaution. I'm distressed as I am uncertain about the legitimacy of this company. I have already raised a dispute with PayPal regarding this issue. I authorized the payment for Callie Jewelry and not the company that received the funds. I encountered an issue with my PayPal account on December 5th. "Resolutions" were imposed, blocking access to my $[redacted].00 funds. In response, I promptly supplied the requested documents, including a photo I.D. On December 8th, PayPal acknowledged the submission and indicated a one-business-day review timeline. However, as of December 16th, my account remains inaccessible. Attempts to reach out via phone and messages to the "Resolution Center" have been fruitless, resulting in significant inconvenience and financial penalties. The delays have disrupted my Christmas shopping and caused frustration. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I received payment for a jacket I sold on Ebay on December 8th. Shipping through USPS took place on December 10th, but there is currently no tracking information available. The buyer is becoming impatient and requesting a refund as they believe the item has not been shipped. I was advised by an Ebay representative to ask the buyer to wait until December 17th and open an "Item Not Received" claim if needed. However, the buyer has already filed a claim with PayPal. I am uncertain about the best course of action as refunding now might result in losing both the money and the coat if it arrives later. I appreciate any guidance on how to proceed in this situation. I have not received any communication from the company I ordered from through Paypal. The emails I have received are in an unfamiliar Asian language. Below is a copy of the email notification from Paypal regarding the order. The company seems to be called 广州芬菲中西医医院有限公司. Thank you. - D.S. Make sure to create a PayPal account to save your payment details for future purchases. I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card via PayPal on November 26, [redacted], for $49.51 USD converted to $67.51 CAD. The seller identified is shang hai xu lin qi ye guan li zhong xin ([redacted]). It has been reported that their website, 4rsgold.com, is involved in scams based on multiple user reports. I have already informed PayPal about this fraudulent activity, but unfortunately, they denied my refund request. I have also contacted my credit card company, and they have initiated a chargeback against PayPal who is now attempting to reach the seller through email. I suspect that my PayPal account was compromised as two other accounts were also breached around the same time. I took immediate action by updating all my userids and passwords. PayPal's CaseID numbers are as follows: My initial claim on December 6: PP-I-[redacted]5, and the credit card issuer's chargeback on December 12: PP-D-[redacted]5. I am seeking a full refund of $67.51 CAD from PayPal.

I purchased some makeup several months ago and only received it two weeks back. Unfortunately, I cannot find the order number or recall the company's name. I made a purchase on merriberrie.com for $31.93 via PayPal. The charge on my credit card appears as PayPal RAINBOWPICK. I never received an order confirmation or shipping details. After discovering that merriberrie.com no longer exists, I tried contacting PayPal. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach a customer service representative and they claimed the charge was authorized. Upon researching, I found other customers with similar experiences involving RAINBOWPICK, merriberrie, and littleplayland, indicating a scam. I trusted PayPal to handle these situations, but it seems they are not resolving issues or refunding affected customers. As a senior unable to shop in stores due to the pandemic, I wanted to purchase a gift for my grandson. It's troubling that PayPal is not addressing these fraudulent activities. I am extremely disappointed with your service. I have been waiting for a month to access my funds totaling $[redacted], with only $[redacted] released to my PayPal account. After linking my card, I was informed that I would receive the funds within two days, but it has been two weeks and I am still unable to use the money. Despite calling numerous times daily, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. As a result of this frustrating experience, I have decided to remove PayPal from my website and will not be using your services again.

On Sunday evening, I sold a vehicle to Michael Williams and his girlfriend Gypsy Handley for $4,[redacted] through PayPal. Mr. Williams had trouble locating my PayPal account to make the payment, which led to frustration. Following Gypsy's suggestion, Mr. Williams transferred the funds to her account, and she then sent the money to me since she had my PayPal address saved. However, shortly after this transaction, my account got locked. Although I can still log in, I cannot link a bank account or send money to friends. It's been three days since I uploaded the information. I urgently need access to the funds in my account for essential expenses like bills and gas. I recently ordered a package, and unfortunately, it was delivered to the incorrect address. UPS confirmed this error today. After filing a dispute, your company sided with the seller despite evidence showing the package was misdelivered. Disappointed by this decision, I have escalated the issue with my credit card company. It is essential that the correct shipping details are verified, rather than solely relying on the seller's information. I am currently feeling quite dissatisfied with the situation.

I'm new to PayPal. The seller asked me to select "family and friends" to avoid extra charges. I did as requested, but after completing the payment, the seller claimed not to have received it and asked me to resend. Suspicious, I mentioned contacting PayPal, and suddenly the payment was acknowledged. The seller is now unresponsive. I request a refund for this transaction, which was a Christmas gift to myself. I have ensured that all information is correct, registered, and activated the card, yet I am unable to access the debit services to make purchases on Wish online. I recently received an email to my [redacted] account informing me of a limited account due to an unauthorized person making purchases through my PayPal account. The email requested extensive personal information, including my social security number, mother's maiden name, date of birth, name, address, and phone number. However, it seemed suspicious, so I did not provide the information. The payment was supposedly made to Great White Shark Technology, Ltd through PayPal with a transaction ID of 19K94575SF079205Y. The payment details included a purchase for a Hot Sale Automatic-Smart bread machine to be shipped to Allen K. at [redacted] Burbank Drive, Ann Arbor, MI [redacted]. I have discovered two unauthorized charges totaling nearly $90 on my bank account over the past two months. Upon reviewing my bank statement, it is evident that PayPal is the source of these transactions, deducting money without my consent.
