PayPal has been providing me with generic responses through their messenger for a week now regarding the hold on my funds. I submitted the USPS tracking information, which shows that the package was delivered on December *th. Despite being assured that my funds would be released within a day, they are still being held. I have been attempting to reach customer support, but I keep getting disconnected. This has been going on for weeks, and it is unacceptable. I request for my funds to be released promptly.

I recently received a letter from Synchrony Bank stating that my account approval was declined due to difficulty verifying my identity. I want to ensure I will repay any outstanding balance if needed. I am unsure how to proceed with the identity verification process. Providing a copy of my driver's license is an option. Being a female named Jerry might create confusion. I am a Life Lock user and have accounts with various local stores. Any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be much appreciated.

I have been receiving generic responses from PayPal through their messenger service for a week regarding the hold on my funds. Even though I provided the USPS tracking information showing that the item was delivered on December *th, they continue to keep the funds on hold. I was promised that the hold would be released, but it hasn't happened. Every time I attempt to reach out to customer support, I get disconnected. This has been going on for weeks, and it's frustrating. I request for the hold to be lifted promptly.

I am seeking confirmation that a charge of [redacted].95 was not debited from my account. I have received an email indicating a purchase of Bitcoin made on 12/9 which I did not authorize. I have $[redacted] in an account that I can't access. It was sent to me via messenger, but somehow ended up in a different PayPal account. I'm unsure how to retrieve my money. I'm feeling frustrated because my attempts to contact support have been unsuccessful. I have $[redacted] sitting in that account, and with Christmas approaching, I really need access to those funds.

I had set aside my birthday funds for dinner tonight but encountered an issue with a payment I received. I cashed out $[redacted] from a personal transaction, $[redacted] first and then $8, with some money left in my PayPal account. They released the $8 payment but not the $[redacted], and I need the funds for my birthday dinner. I've tried contacting PayPal but have had no luck reaching them over the phone and through messages. I made a purchase for an exercise machine from a Facebook ad a few months back. Unfortunately, the company turned out to be fraudulent, and I never received the equipment I paid for. I reached out to PayPal to report the issue and cancel the order. To my surprise, I just received a collection notice for $34.90. I am extremely frustrated and do not understand why this is happening. I've spent hours trying to sign in without success. I've changed my password three times and provided my father's first name and my mother's maiden name, as well as my full credit card number, but I still can't log in. I believe PayPal attempted to send me a verification code, but the issue is that the phone number on file, 0[redacted], is a landline and cannot receive texts. This is the number I used when I first opened my account many years ago when I didn't have a mobile phone. I need to access my account to update my phone number to [redacted]1. I bought a Dewalt 6-tool set from an ad I saw and paid through PayPal assuming it was a legitimate purchase. However, the seller has sent me the same email twice without addressing my inquiry about the delivery date. This is making me suspicious because in the email, they ask me not to file a dispute without clarifying my questions. I have the receipt number available. How should I proceed?

I have been attempting to use "buy it now" on eBay today, but when I click on 'pay now with PayPal,' it gets stuck on the 'secure login page' with the blue circle continuously spinning. Even after waiting for half an hour, it did not progress beyond that point. The item I am trying to purchase is a brand new Babe Ruth League baseball priced at $14.99, currently in my watchlist. I previously successfully bought an item using 'buy it now,' so I am puzzled why the PayPal login is not working for this specific product. My preferred resolution is to be able to navigate from the login page back to using PayPal to pay for the item. Thank you. Terry L.

I recently updated my account information after getting a new phone and number. Everything was fine, but now I can't log in because the confirmation texts are still going to my old number, which I no longer have. I tried to add my new number as the primary one, but it keeps defaulting back to the old one. Please set the new number, [redacted], as the primary and completely remove the old number from my account.

I purchased a doll from a Facebook advertisement, but the item I received didn't match the picture in the ad. I contacted the seller to request a refund. Initially, they offered a 5% discount, which I declined. After I insisted on a refund, they increased the discount to 10%, which I also declined. The seller asked me to just keep the doll like many others have done, but I'm not interested in that option. I am no longer willing to negotiate with the seller and seek assistance on this matter. I placed an order for 2 3.5 cu. ft. freezers on November 3, [redacted]. Despite PayPal deducting the funds, I do not have a PayPal account, causing confusion. It is now December 11, [redacted], and the freezers have not arrived. Contacting the merchant has been unsuccessful as the provided email and tracking numbers are invalid. All I desire now is a refund. I am willing to share my email for communication. The cost of the freezers were $89.00 and $99.00 each.

On November 28, [redacted], I purchased a drone for $99.98 for my grandson and opted for VIP shipping which promised delivery in 3-5 days. I got an email on December 2 saying my order was shipped, but the tracking number seemed strange and didn't match any known US company's tracking system. By December 7, I contacted [redacted] for more details. They responded saying the package was in Forest Park, Georgia since December 6, but only the label was created, and it would take 10 to 15 business days from the point of receiving the item for delivery. After researching the company online, I found negative reviews with terms like "fraud." I am considering disputing the purchase due to the lack of transparency and delayed shipping.

I'm facing a problem with my account. I've tried contacting support via chat and phone, but no one seems able to assist me. Every time I try to access my account online, I'm met with an error message. I've attempted to add $46.55 to my account without success. The PayPal support team has been unhelpful, asking for unnecessary picture and address confirmation. Despite requesting a call back, no one has reached out to me. Hello, I sold a bed online, and a buyer from Germany claimed to have sent me money through PayPal but asked me to make additional payments totaling $[redacted] via Bitcoin and MoneyGram. After complying, the buyer requested yet another payment. I received an email from PayPal threatening legal action if I did not make these payments. I now realize it was a scam, and I had to borrow the money. Is there any way PayPal can verify if Mr. Michael Hans made a payment to my account and reverse it? Can PayPal retrieve the money from his account? I look forward to your response.

I disputed an item I received as they turned out to be replicas without my knowledge. I have returned the items, and the recipient confirmed receiving 37 pieces but claims there were more. I did not receive all the items initially. I am concerned if the recipient's confirmation impacts my refund. It is unacceptable to send replica items, especially from Turkey.

A few years back, I attempted to create an account. Now, I am looking to reactivate or update it. Paypal prompted me to reset my password, but the phone number provided for verification is my old landline which is no longer in use. This situation feels like a never-ending loop. I am unable to receive the authorization code needed to reset my account due to the outdated phone number.
